The board is easy to navigate as same as other Kanban boards available. Task breakdown and tracking are simple. Workload planning for resources is very interactive, the underloaded and overloaded resources are easily identifiable. It is easy to create subsections within tasks that allow the user to clearly plan out their project shedule. The view can be easily altered between hours, days, weeks, months and years to allow the user to display whichever timeline is best suited to theur project. The colours for tasks can be altered to make it easy for the user to see at a glance the main tasks compared to its subsections. I needed a graph that reflected the phases and milestones section of my paper. I thought the graph was easy to use. I especially liked how I could add tasks, subtasks, milestones, etc. I was also able to add other users if I wanted too. I could adjust the chart to my liking by changing the colors of the different tasks, adjust dates, and times and an option to change the view of the graph. There is also a comment section, if I wanted to add additional comments related to my project. I was able to easily download the graph into my paper or share a link so that my instructor can view the graph. I plan on using it again. I have also told my classmates about it. There is so much you can do with this graph. I’m glad I found it! The Gannt chart is very easy to make and show dependancies between tasks. Task level detail with al the info is very important and nice. I recommend GanttPRO to everyone. My classes are only five weeks long and packed with information and assignments, so staying focused and on track is imperative. Gantt charts have been an invaluable tool, helping to facilitate scheduling the appropriate amount of time for each assignment and tracking my progress, ensuring my tasks are completed on schedule. Recently, I began a group project in which a Gantt chart is required, but the one I was using wasn’t sharable. Since we all use Microsoft 365 for educational purposes, I started looking into compatible applications and found GanttPro to be the most user-friendly and shareable. Much more so than my previous application. It is easy to add, remove, and rearrange tasks. It can handle many different projects at the same time. If mistakes are made, all modifications are logged, and you can reset the chart to any previous point.
