Rather than functioning as a standalone project management tool, Ganttify connects to services like Todoist, Trello, Basecamp, and Google Calendar and transforms their data into Gantt charts automatically. Users connect their project management account to Ganttify and select the projects they want to visualize. Tasks appear as bars on a timeline, where users can adjust dates, restructure work, and track progress. All changes sync in both directions: edits made in the Gantt chart update the connected service, and changes made in the connected service appear in the Gantt chart. Ganttify's core features include: - Task dependencies Users can link tasks to each other, even across different projects. When one task shifts forward, all dependent tasks automatically reschedule to reflect the new timeline. - Multi-project Gantt charts. Multiple projects from a connected service can be combined into a single timeline. This gives users a high-level view of how work overlaps and where scheduling conflicts exist. - Start and end dates. Even when the connected service only supports a single due date, Ganttify lets users set both a start date and an end date to represent how long a task actually takes. - Published charts. Users can generate a shareable link to a live, read-only version of their Gantt chart. Recipients don't need a Ganttify account to view it, and the chart updates automatically as project data changes. Password protection is available for sensitive projects. - PDF export. Gantt charts can be exported as PDF documents for offline sharing with clients and stakeholders. Ganttify currently supports Todoist, Trello, Basecamp (all versions), and Google Calendar, with plans to add new integrations based on user demand. It is built for project managers who need timeline visibility across multiple projects, teams coordinating work across departments, and individuals managing personal projects. Project data is loaded directly from the connected service each time a chart is opened and is not stored on Ganttify's servers. The application runs in the browser and requires no desktop software installation.
