Two projects are both 10% behind: one is getting worse, one is recovering. GanttDerivata compares consecutive status dates of a Microsoft Project plan and tells you the direction and speed of the delay, not just its size, with an Earned Schedule forecast beside it. It reads the .mpp directly, keeps a sheet per status date and never modifies the plan. Built for weekly status reviews.
