GAMS is the Skill Validation Platform for Marketing & Advertising Technology which gives a set of sandbox tools allowing users to play with Challenges created by selected industry professionals. Challenge by Challenge, users will build their Profile Scorecard to validate their hard skills and complete their CVs. GAMS challenges the skill mismatch in the MadTech job market and closes the gap between education goals and business needs. GAMS is a highly useful tool for: Schools: Schools can offer their students a training experience and provide an outcome certificate in the form of the Profile Scorecard, thereby speeding up the job-seeking process. Companies: Companies can use the platform to validate candidates’ hard skills during the hiring process or to reskill current employees. Companies will benefit from better quality and time and money optimization.
