What do you like best about Gamooga?

Everything is automated, such as emailing and social communication, which could easily be done via mobile. Now no longer will anyone have to reply. It can be done automatically without even reading it or proofreading it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gamooga?

I have used the e-commerce & retail feature for one of my clients in the fashion industry, & it helps me review user behaviour & show ads accordingly. which actually resulted in increase in sales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gamooga?

Nothing as such, the feature I was using were good to go. I would say that I highly important to understand that it is dependent in some data to do analysis. I would suggest if you can add something for very small or newer retail players Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The campaign manager capability to automate any industry journeys and run simulation in real-time is very effective for CLV and doing A/B analytics. I also like the post-sales support given by the customer success team on various issues/configuration of the use cases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AI based presreptive analytics is a feature which is under roadmap and visualisation of all data sets is also what is desired Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
