GameDropoff is wild game processing software designed to simplify operations during deer season. It integrates online booking, order intake, deposit collection, and customer communication into one system. Processors publish drop-off slots, allowing hunters to schedule online. The software collects tag numbers, cutting instructions, and hunter details in advance, reducing errors and eliminating handwritten notes. Automated SMS updates notify hunters of order status changes. QR code check-in speeds up intake, while capacity management prevents overbooking. Multi-staff access ensures secure logins for employees, with sensitive data restricted to owners. A dashboard tracks animals processed, revenue, peak days, and customer history. Stripe integration handles deposit payments. Hunters receive a digital harvest log tied to the shop, and verified reviews ensure only real customers can rate processors. No installation is required, and setup takes about 20 minutes.
