From my point of view, game-based learning is the most accurate format that exists. **What problems is Gamelearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Experiential learning. Practice of semi-real (simulated) situations that enhance transversal skills, risk-free. ### 2. The training they offer is very usefull and easy to use. Really great. **What do you like best about Gamelearn?** The format. They use games and simulations to make learning easy to do and evaluate. **What do you dislike about Gamelearn?** The length of the training. You really need to allocate sometime to do the training. 1 or 2 hours per week and at least 1 month to do it. It is long but it is worth it. **Recommendations to others considering Gamelearn:** Training is something you need to do every year. I think it is worth to give your team training on hard and soft skills. Specially in this era with so many changes in how we sell, get customers.
