The UI of the software displays all the employees on one page. The best thing about it is that it also specifies the logged-in employees along with the time they are logged in. The app is quite good however for me personally it is not stable enough, it crashes once I click on the refresh button and it lacks a widget for the iOs platform. Since I am an agent using it I certainly do not have much access to all the features of the software however its great to be able to see if my teammates are logged in or not and also check if they are on break.
