Nexus is Galaxies Lab's synthetic persona platform, built for marketing teams to decide faster and with more confidence. Each persona is a simulated version of your consumer: it represents a real behavioral cluster and is trained on your own client's data, not on generic models. Before it goes live on the platform, every persona is validated against 100 real consumers, with 80% to 93% adherence to observed behavior. In other words: you're talking to an audience that behaves like yours. Every marketing decision starts with the same question: what will my audience think of this? Nexus answers before you spend on media or production. Each persona responds in depth within the universe it was trained on, keeps context throughout the conversation, and holds a consistent voice and opinion. There are three ways to use it. Talk is a qualitative chat with the persona. Use it to test messages, narratives and campaign concepts, dig into motivations and understand purchase decisions. The persona reacts to text, images, videos and PDFs, and every session becomes an editable report. Measure runs a questionnaire across several personas at once and shows how many react each way. You set up varied question formats, run them in parallel, and get charts, quantitative direction and export. You can upload your questionnaire as a PDF or DOCX, use matrix questions to capture nuance, and configure up to 100 responses per persona. Validate takes a creative, an asset or a concept and returns a score, sentiment and keywords for each piece. The personas flag suggestions and friction points and compare alternatives in the same category, so you pick the strongest version before spending on production or media. It all starts with the Nexus Agent: you describe your goal in natural language and reach your first insight in up to 8 minutes, with no manual onboarding.
