**What do you like best about GajShield Next Generation Firewall?**

The features of this product are simple. The GUI interface is a bit difficult to grasp. It needs some user improvements.

**What do you dislike about GajShield Next Generation Firewall?**

GajShield Next Generation Firewall provides web and application protection it has some limitations when it comes to reducing spam mail. It lacks in advance features as compared to firewall like checkpoints.

**What problems is GajShield Next Generation Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The central management/reporting  need  some improvements. It provides a connection using VPN there is potential for optimizations but its Firewall serves are unable to protect from cyber threats.
