"Powerful Tool for Seamless Sales Enablement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gain?

What I like best about Gain is how it simplifies the entire content approval and collaboration process. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to create, review, and approve marketing materials quickly. It’s a huge time saver for teams, helping everyone stay aligned and productive without endless email chains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gain?

The one thing I find a bit frustrating about Gain is that the notification system can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when multiple projects are running at the same time. It would be great to have more options to customize alerts so you only get the most relevant updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Software! Has changed the game for our clients"
5/5
What do you like best about Gain?

We use Gain every day as it streamlines our processes for us. Keeping internal and client approvals all in one place. It helps us stay on top of content and allows us to use API features for social posts. Their customer support is amazing and very responsive. You get a response almost the same day, which is unheard of in Social Software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gain?

They are a little late with platform updates, such as 3-minute reels. The app is also just for posting notifications; you can't see much in mobile view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I'd recommend for the accessible and clean user experience, as well as the prompt customer service"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Gain?

Its accessible and clean user experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gain?

I can't always automatically post what I can in-app. Reconnection is also a pain--I also constantly have to reconnect LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Albizu Garcia of Gain

Hi Bridget,

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad the clean UX works for you; keeping things simple while adding new features is one of our biggest ongoing challenges.

We know LinkedIn reconnections disrupt your flow. While their token rules are outside our control, we’re testing ways to reduce how often you have to reconnect and to make the process quicker when you do.

"Streamline content approvals effortlessly with GAIN"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gain?

GAIN has transformed how we manage approvals and social media content. What we like the most is its intuitive interface, which makes scheduling, reviewing, and approving content seamless for multiple teams and clients. The commenting and review functionality is precise, helping maintain clear communication, avoiding misunderstandings, and speeding up the workflow. Additionally, the automated approval process is an invaluable time-saver for our agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gain?

While GAIN is excellent for managing approvals, we would like the platform to offer more advanced integrations with other tools we use daily. We've also noticed that uploading some visual files can be slightly slow, which could be improved to optimize the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Work Smarter While Looking More Professional"
5/5
What do you like best about Gain?

I have been using GainApp since I started working at my first digital marketing agency 7 years ago. Wherever I work, or whenever I talk to someone in the industry, I try to convince them to use GainApp for their social media approval processes. Now that I am an owner of a digital marketing agency, it was a no-brainer to get Gain. It was one of the first tools our small business "invested" in.

In the past 7 years Gain also kept up with the social media trends and the pain points digital marketers experience, trying to make it easier and more user-friendly with every update. I am especially excited about the feature for Reel Covers launching soon!

The customer support is also really great! It's amazing to know that 7 years later, I still receive the same high-quality customer support. Usually, a new business tries to be very supportive in the beginning and once the company grows, they start focusing on other areas of the business. Gain still prioritises customer feedback and client relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gain?

Some of our clients feel like they can't "see" the changes they requested on a post once they published their changes.

I personally wish that sometimes I would get a "reminder" that my posts are still in drafts because I've forgotten a few times that I added a post in draft but that it hasn't been "scheduled". BUT then again, that is my mistake - not Gain's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Social Media Approval tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Gain?

The ease of approvals - we are able to schedule out social media posts for clients and send them for review all at once. I also like that I can easily sort posts by platform. I can also use Gain for content approval for things like blogs, videos and graphics.

If there is ever an issue, they are quick to respond and get things taken care. Our clients like that they don't have to have a log in to approve posts. You can easily take away or add users without a crazy fee.

Since I last wrote this review, they have added a ton of features - including analytics reporting for social platforms. This makes looking at everything in one place really easy. It auto posts reels to Instagram now as well. We literally set it and watch it go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gain?

I haven't found any. It's hands down the best tool I've ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
