The customer support is fantastic. Our rep offers invaluable insights and is so quick to answer questions. GaggleAMP otself has so many features that have made our employee advocacdy much easier - including the automated activity feature that allows our employees to amplify posts from our brand page without us having to do anything. I also really appreciate the activity recommendations feature - where employees are able to suggest their own content for approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yes, keeping activation high in an employee advocacy program can be a challenge regardless of provider, but we've had some clients do really well with keeping their employees engaged. Also, thank you for mentioning the recommendations feature. As a Gaggle Manager myself, this is SUCH a highly underrated and underused mechanism to make sure content is getting in front of people at the right place and the right time.

We totally understand the perspective of allowing for an 'always on' automation. One of the biggest benefits of employee advocacy is that the employees get involved in the content they are posting and when we autoshare the content, the program suffers a bit. That's one of the main reasons that functionality doesn't exist for all activities (but you can do that for a retweet activity). We love the feedback, and are thrilled to see in you and the team are having a positive experience.

Having deployed social advocacy programs before through various tools, I can say Gaggle's UX supports higher levels of use and consistently.
