- First and foremost, the GaggleAMP team is one of a kind. GaggleAMP's team is responsive, open to feedback, and works with its customers to make platform enhancements. I truly feel heard. I can't say enough positive things about the account management.

- SSO integration makes governance easy

- The Slack integration meets team members where they are. Employees can easily share, like, etc. directly through Slack.

- The recent addition of video content greatly enhances how we can spread the word about my company's latest solutions, case studies, and more.

GaggleAMP takes the mystery out of posting on social media, and provides a very simple way for employees to get involved and share key milestones about our products and company. Our Success Manager, Chad Rosh, is always available to explain new updats and help as needed. I also get a dashboard that shows how the posts are performing. What do you like best about GaggleAMP?

GaggleAMP makes it easy to stand up an employee advocacy program within your organization. On a lean team without a dedicated social media marketer, GaggleAMP is a fantastic alternative to maintaining social growth and automate the promotion of your content to employees

I've used GaggleAMP at two organizations and have seen great progress in growing company social accounts and increasing the impact of leveraging executive social accounts. Their customer support is always ready to help with any questions and I always felt supported with any issues that came up.

The GaggleAMP platform is easy to implement, integrate with, onboard your advocates to, they have a ton of features including AI-specific ones that make the platform more fun to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?

I've heard from our Gaggle users that it's difficult to keep up with activities and notifications from GaggleAMP. We use Slack and email updates to notify advocates of new content to post, but we've been told these notifications can be too much and will cause confusion over what activities are worth posting or which are more important.

It would be great if we could highlight which posts are priority posts in the mix so that employees know which announcements to share first if they aren't checking daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding highlighting priority posts, that is doable in the new activity creation. Look for the checklist that says 'feature' and it will push it to the top of the 'Things to Do' lis. Also, check with your Customer Success Manager about the notification settings for your Members on when to notify them of new activities. This can be adjusted too :)
