**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

I was tasked with reviewing multiple platforms to choose the best for my tech company of about 350 global employees. GaggleAMP stood out as the easiest to adopt, the most user friendly and the most competitively priced. It's the ideal solution for our first tool like this AND it can grow with us.

My favorite part as an administrator of the tool is the functionality and oversight it provides, as well as the immense amount of training and onboarding you get at the start. 

Practically, its integration with Slack has been the driver of adoption for our company and that "one click solution" was the dealbreaker for me choosing GaggleAMP over competitors.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

There aren't really downsides: I'd say the AI capabilities for ghostwriting aren't as strong as I'd like them to be. There IS differentiation when checking that box, but it doesn't learn individual voices or really tailor it to be hugely different unless there is a massive amount of text (which is not a best practice for LinkedIn posting anyway).

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company had no employee engagement tool and sought our first one. GaggleAMP was chosen and now we've seen percent increases in the thousands on re-shares and engagement with our corporate LinkedIn posts.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

I think the overall team support and assistance is a great feature of GaggleAMP. The major thing I like about it is the support, and their team is very friendly and always ready to help. Along with that, I can see that there are many more innovations and features coming in, which is exciting.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

There are a couple of features in progress. They do not support some post types on certain social media platforms, but the team is already working on it. Like when I tried pushing carousel post on LinkedIn, Gaggle Auto push card on teams came incorrectly.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use GaggleAMP to boost employee engagement on social media. It solves the challenge of low engagement by ensuring our posts get decent attention and alignment from everyone. Now almost 30% of our overall workforce is trying their best to become a top advocate and we're getting decent amount of engagement from our own people. And of course, Microsoft teams' integration is making it seamless.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

It's user friendly and simple for my colleagues to navigate. I like that I can control which messages to amplify and that my colleagues can also suggest content of their own. It's an easy way for us to help share our content out to a wider audience by encouraging likes, reposts, shares, etc. I love the support and onboarding as well, we have a great representative who checks in regularly and gives us best practice tips and helps us better utilize the tool. The feed performance is great too it pulls in all our content and we barely have to lift a finger.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

I wish it had more data about performance where we could get into the weeds more and gain better insights into what posts are better for amplifying vs. not and better ways to engage our users.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us push a consistent message out through our network. Helping us get a bigger audience and better engagement on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is one of the only tools we are using as far as social media so it's helping us get the biggest bang for our buck when it comes to the platform and our content. We are hoping to integrate it with more of our tools in the future.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

Gaggle amp was straightforward to set up, and the platform is straightforward overall. We were able to easily integrate our staff onto the system, and since then it has performed well! Any teething issues we've had, we've been able to iron out with the team at GaggleAMP. The AI function within the tool works well at creating personalised wording for our 50 staff on the platform.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

The only real downside is the carousel capabilities, but I believe this is in the pipeline! I think now that we have the new analytics and revenue reporting, this will also help us to demonstrate ROI to senior leaders. Overall very happy though!

It is helping us improve our employee advocacy, and allows us to send article social posts out to our senior leaders to increase their personal brand, and visits to the website, which is a huge benefit for us in marketing

I’ve been using GaggleAMP across multiple organizations for nearly 10 years, and it continues to deliver. It’s one of the most effective tools I’ve found for turning employees into authentic brand advocates at scale. The platform is easy to use, consistently evolves, and drives real visibility and engagement. Highly recommend for any team serious about amplifying their message.

This is not on GaggleAmp but it’s a reminder that not every employee wants to be a promoter. There’s always a members of the team that just won’t engage, no matter how good the platform is.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GaggleAMP solves a big execution gap: teams want to show up consistently on social, but most employees—especially sales—don’t have the time or resources to create content.

For me, it’s been huge in two ways. First, it gives busy sales teams a simple way to share high-quality, on-brand content without having to create anything themselves. That means more consistent visibility without adding to their workload. Second, the reporting makes it easy to actually see what’s working. You can track reach, engagement, and impact in a way that ties back to real ROI, which is critical when you’re trying to justify and scale an advocacy program.

I like that GaggleAMP is really simple and we've been able to set it and forget it. It's affordable too, making it an easy decision for us to continue using it every year. Despite the many MarTech platforms we use, GaggleAMP does its job without taking up too much of our team's bandwidth, and it's easy for sellers to figure out with minimal training. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

The platform feels a little outdated mainly. Doesn't feel super modern. I'd like to see AI incorporated more, and possibly automation of user management (like connecting group access policies so we don't have to manually delete folks when they leave the business).

I use GaggleAMP to extend the reach of our social content, leveraging employee networks to spread messaging and create brand advocates. It's simple and doesn't demand much management time, saving team bandwidth. It's affordable and keeps delivering value without breaking the bank.

I also appreciate their support and customer success team. Any questions or issues are handled quickly, and I consistently receive timely, helpful assistance.

Overall, the platform’s functionality is strong and genuinely helps amplify content while providing clear insights into the real impact of employee advocacy (ROI per employee, EMV, total reach).

I would say the reporting could be slightly improved to make it more robust. The dashboards and results are very clear, and the views are well-suited for Director- and C-level audiences—data is presented in an outstanding and easy-to-digest way.

However, adding more granularity would make it even stronger. For example, the ability to track which employees engaged with a specific post would provide deeper insights.

I like that GaggleAMP counts people's points on social media. I also like the possibility of customizing the posts so that not all employees share the same text. This allows for greater flexibility and personalization in the posts.

Sometimes the platform seems a bit rudimentary, I would like it to be more dynamic and easy to use, especially because most users are employees who are in a hurry and don't have time to use it. The design could be easier to understand for sharing posts on social media, and for tracking points by employees, and how these relate to the company's success.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

We started using GaggleAMP to get more visibility on social, but honestly, I was skeptical at first—tools like this can feel forced or spammy. Surprisingly, it turned out to be pretty effective once we got into a rhythm.

What stood out to me is how easy it is for employees to participate. Most of our team doesn’t have time to think about “what to post,” so having ready-to-share content (that they can tweak if they want) removes a lot of friction. The one-click sharing and scheduling features make a big difference, especially for busy teams.

From a marketing perspective, it’s been helpful in extending our reach beyond company channels. We’ve seen better engagement on LinkedIn in particular, and it also helps position team members as more active voices in the industry rather than just pushing corporate messaging.

I also like the gamification aspect more than I expected. Leaderboards and small incentives actually get people involved without feeling too gimmicky. Plus, the analytics give a decent view of what’s working and who’s contributing.

The UI could use a refresh—it feels a bit clunky in places, especially on mobile.

I like that GaggleAMP actions are easy, with just a few clicks a day to reshare or react to content. The ability to amplify our brand messaging and make social media usage easier for employees is valuable. Also, I find setting up new team members with GaggleAMP accounts to be quick and painless.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

The only thing I'd say is it can be overwhelming because there are so many features and I feel like I don't know how to take advantage of each of the items to the best of its ability. I know for a fact we're only using a fraction of what's possible with the system. I also think the media portion of it can be frustrating -- for example, it can't share our carousel slider posts on LinkedIn. Right now if we want our teams to share our carousel, we have to do a repost using Gaggle instead of the 'share' feature. I'd like that to be an option in the future.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

What stands out to me is its affordability. It makes the tool feel like a strong option for an advocacy program that’s just getting off the ground, especially when you’re trying to get started without overextending your budget.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

The UX can feel a bit clunky at times, which can affect whether people actually want to use the tool. Having to copy and paste pre-written messages isn’t ideal, and I haven’t found any good options within GaggleAMP to work around that. I also wish we had access to more metrics on the posts our advocates publish. Glitches come up from time to time as well, and I can think of at least one instance where support didn’t get back to me about an issue—although it ultimately resolved itself and seemed to be related to a glitch.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a way to assign advocates their advocacy tasks, although it can feel a bit cumbersome when you need to send many messages to different advocates within the same time frame.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

I would say the ease and use of the platform, it's really easy to use. And I do like all of the different dynamic features that it offers, and it allows our team members to share our posts out seamlessly. When we onboard a new team member, it makes it really easy to walk them through the platform because of the different dynamic features that GaggleAMP offers. So it's really easy to onboard a new member and to train them internally on what GaggleAMP has to offer. My current rep, Chris Bogataj, has been super helpful in walking our team through any updates.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

Probably maybe the lack of notifications. Sometimes when I do log in to the platform, they are sometimes hidden. It feels like they're sometimes hidden, so not really seeing them right when they pop up.

GaggleAMP connects our team to our mission and helps amplify messaging and stories, highlighting team contributions across the organization.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

GaggleAMP is positioned as an employee advocacy platform for distributing and amplifying content across teams. In practice, the core concept is solid.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

The execution showed limitations.

The AI paraphrasing feature, for example, delivered only minor word changes rather than meaningful content variation, which reduced its usefulness for scaling personalized posts. Day-to-day usability also felt constrained, with limited customization options, incomplete integrations, and a few persistent bugs that made it difficult to prepare the platform for a full rollout.

Support was slower than expected, with some issues taking weeks to address and limited communication along the way. Because of this, the platform was not ready for launch in a production environment, which prevented our ability to move forward with an employee advocacy program.

Further, the vendor refused to give a refund or credit when we terminated the 1 year subscription, and leaned into their terms & conditions. Proceed with caution.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

I love that GaggleAMP makes it easy for me to convert Riskonnect employees into champions for our Global Social Media Program. In just a few clicks, they can use the Teams shortcut for GaggleAMP to 'Like', 'Share', and even drop a 'Comment' on Riskonnect's social media posts. The Teams shortcut for GaggleAMP is especially beneficial for colleagues with busy schedules, allowing them to remain connected with our Global Social Program. It makes supporting Riskonnect's Social Program content quick and simple, especially for management and leadership who have very full schedules. GaggleAMP solved the problem of making our colleagues aware of what we're posting, helping them share our posts to their LinkedIn audiences and positioning them as thought leaders. I appreciate how GaggleAMP offered many more options than the previous tool, giving employees more ways to support our social posts, which resulted in huge returns with better share metrics and comment metrics. GaggleAMP made it simple for us to get our employees trained and added into the program from the start. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would recommend GaggleAMP to a fellow Social Media Manager as a 10 as it's an essential tool for bolstering a social program of any size.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

While I love GaggleAMP, it does create extra work for me as the Gaggle Manager. I wish GaggleAMP would allow Gaggle Managers to create new activities for members via the mobile app instead of just through the web browser version. This would help maintain the program even when I'm out of the office, like for PTO or illness. Automated activities are good for 'Like' activity, but quality programs don't rely on Auto-AMP for Re-Share activities, which need to be carefully crafted. I also wish they'd do more to support the addition of new members, as it seems to always fall on individual GaggleAMP Managers.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GaggleAMP connects our global colleagues to our posts, enabling them to share on LinkedIn and be thought leaders. It simplifies converting employees into social champions with quick 'Like,' 'Share,' and 'Comment' actions, even for busy leadership teams.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

I find that GaggleAMP makes social media more accessible and easier for my team to participate in, which helps us build brand presence and awareness on social media. It's a tool that aids our sales efforts by using social media as a sales touchpoint and positions our team as authorities when someone is ready to have a sales conversation. As an admin, it has made my life far easier in terms of having a successful employee advocacy program that people are engaging with and participating in. I think it's a great platform with a really great team. I've always received really excellent support and account management through my years of using GaggleAMP. The setup process was very easy, and even our IT team, who takes security very seriously, had no challenges with it.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

Like all technology, there are sometimes little glitches. Although the tagging feature has improved, you still can't tag users who are not also GaggleAMP users. I wish I could attach different formats like a carousel for LinkedIn posts. Also, the SSO feature does not allow me to attach executives' social profiles and switch between profiles easily, which is a challenge for managing multiple accounts.

Oh my goodness. There is so much I love about GaggleAMP. I love the ability to create so many types of activities across all platforms. It's great for our advocates to share anything through the mobile or desktop app. I really liked our implementation manager and our Gaggle rep who continues to email and stays in communication with us. I think it's such an easy platform to use, and just a very beneficial one. The simplicity of it is very beneficial to our teammates, especially since they are very busy, making it easier for them. In as little as five minutes, they can schedule out activities across all their platforms, which makes their lives easier through GaggleAMP.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

I think there are so many more types of activities that can be utilized, especially when it comes to TikTok, or even other formats. It would be really great to be able to assign likes and comments to that as well as reposting. Reposting is a new feature on Instagram, and I think that could be a great activity to assign advocates as well.

I appreciate that GaggleAMP is super automated, which means users don't have to think much and can just click a button to interact with our content. I also find it pretty simple to use, and the integration with Microsoft Teams is great.

The recent UI overhaul has made using the program difficult. It is also not great that we would have to go into GaggleAMP after posting on social and manually assign groups to be notified of the post. It was tedious and hard to learn, requiring multiple clicks to do the same thing that the previous version could do with just one click.

Activities are automatically added to the Gaggle whenever something is posted which makes the process simple -- rather than it having to be manual. The leaderboard aspect also adds a level of encouragement to get employees involved.

The downsides of using GaggleAMP may be how quickly it seems accounts get unauthenticated -- which leads to users being inactive and we find trouble getting them to reauthenticate quickly.

Most of the features are clunky, on both the admin and the user side. we've had a fall off in participation. the updates made don't make sense and I would say there are some standard things missing, telling us who completed what activity - other tools have found a way to do this even though we've been told it's a security feature from the API

It’s a bit limiting in some areas. It would be great if it allowed reverse syncing—so an activity could be completed when someone finishes a task directly on LinkedIn, rather than only within the tool itself. Aside from that, it’s a great tool.

This is a seamless and effortless way for employees to engage with and extend the reach of your social content. The team at GaggleAMP is responsive and proactive. Easiest implementation and adoption of any program we use by far!

I wish the autoAMP feature was a little more robust. We don't use the feature really, but would if I could be certain that the automatic activity generation for LinkedIn would only pull in a post once each time.

This will pay for itself within weeks and will have a serious impact on the social activity surrounding your brand. It is a low cost, high yield program and the user experience as well as customer service are amazing.

GaggleAMP connects directly into Slack, making it so advocacy members never have to leave their Slack to interact with company posts.

I disliked that there were so many things to set up. I am not sure if the UX has changed but when I was a customer you'd have to set each trigger individually, which was hard to keep up with at times.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

GaggleAMP makes it so easy to upload content for our Associates to share. It's also user friendly for our Associates to share said content to their social pages and also suggest their own content! The rewards, points, and leaderboard functions make Employee Advocacy a super fun program. The reporting is also very in-depth and helpful in advocating for the program to our multiple business lines.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

The only downside is the turnaround time for feedback on new functions/features of GaggleAMP.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used a private Facebook group for sharing content to Associates that required a lot of maintenance. On GaggleAMP, we just upload the content for multiple channels aside from Facebook and set an expire date and it's all taken care of!
