Gaggle has caught some very serious emails that we would not otherwise have known about. The students then have been pulled aside and talked to. There is a delay for students to send message to teacher sometimes because the email is being looked at by Gaggle. If the time could be sped up in looking at the email it all that would help. That it flags and notifies administrators if students are in danger (suicidal, etc).this year we also have an in crease in incidents because of products like chat gtp.
