I dislike that it doesn't always filter the alerts. For example, a lot of students take creative writing at a college level and some of the topics they have to write about cause alerts. Gaggle makes keeping track of student google docs, email communcation, and other activity in a safe, non-invading way possible Gaggle sends me an email alert when there's a flagged situation, the labels used to describe student situations help me to know whether or not the siutation is urgent, or can be given more time to review.
