I manage access to Gable for remote employees at my company, so I’m both a user and an administrator. I’ve been very pleased with Gable from both perspectives. The UX is intuitive, and as a user I’ve found the booking process straightforward and simple. The platform's performance has proven to be very reliable with no outages or downtime in the 1+ year I've been using it.
From an administrative point of view, the platform has been a real help to our employees and has greatly simplified the process of giving remote employees access to coworking spaces while still allowing the company to maintain control on spend. The pricing structure feels fair, and Gable does what they can to work with coworking space hosts to keep daily booking rates reasonable for users.
The biggest value Gable has provided to my company, though, is their willingness to work with us on custom applications of the platform to fit our needs. We have certain teams that are entirely remote and needed a way to provide them with a separate budget. The Gable team has been dedicated to finding a solution that works for our requirements, which I really appreciate. I’m not sure how we would have achieved this without their assistance, so I definitely recommend the Premium Customer Success rep option if you’re an enterprise-level customer.
A lot of this work is based on HRIS data integrations that were already built into the platform, which made things even easier. They’ve also recently rolled out some AI features, and those have made generating reports much simpler and faster.
Overall, I definitely recommend Gable to anyone looking for a solid coworking booking solution, whether you’re an individual, a small business, or an enterprise-level organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gable partners with existing coworking spaces, and those hosts set their own daily rates. While Gable works with these providers to keep rates low, some hosts may list their spaces at a higher price on Gable than they would for a direct booking. I don’t see this as a negative reflection of Gable, since they’re clearly invested in keeping rates affordable, but ultimately it’s outside their control. I can understand how some people might view this as a drawback; still, I think Gable is doing about as much as they realistically can to keep prices reasonable. Thanks so much for the detailed review, really appreciate you taking the time to share this.
Great to hear Gable’s been working well for you on both sides, as an admin and an end user. Making booking simple, reliable, and flexible (while still giving teams control over spend) is exactly what we’re going for, so it’s awesome to hear that coming through.
Also really appreciate the shoutout on the custom setup and partnership. Glad we could help make the remote team budgets work, and that the HRIS integrations + new AI reporting features are pulling their weight.
On pricing, totally fair callout. Since hosts set their own rates, there can be some variation, but we’re constantly working with partners to keep pricing competitive and transparent across the board.
Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback, means a lot!
