"Perfect for Remote Work Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I like how easy Gable is to use and how user-friendly it is. The support staff is really engaged, which makes the process smooth. Even if a coworking space isn't on Gable, they can get it set up in less than a day, which is impressive. The user interface is intuitive, making it quick and easy to book spaces. This efficiency helps me focus on the important aspects of my job and not waste time finding a place to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Sometimes the search is a little funny. But you get used to it and it doesn't really slow you down much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for On-the-Fly Remote Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I love that Gable is SO easy to use. I can literally book a 'desk' while walking into any remote work location, and within seconds, the location has received the request. The optionality it provides is fantastic, as my city has more than 20+ remote working locations to choose from. I enjoy not having to plan ahead, as I can wake up, decide where I want to work, and book it while I'm heading there. The initial setup was an absolute breeze, making the whole experience seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Some locations require that you book a day in advance and some locations also require passcodes to get in, which they don't give to folks using Gable day to day without a membership. Granted that's less on Gable's side and more on the individual locations' side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Itamar Orgad of Gable

Thanks for the thoughtful review, Caroline. Great to hear the on-the-fly booking and breadth of locations in your city are letting you work spontaneously, exactly the experience we're going for.

On advance-booking requirements and passcode access at some locations, fair call. Those are set by individual hosts, but we're continuously working with our network to expand instant-book and improve guest access flows so day-to-day users hit fewer of these barriers.

"Seamless Meeting Coordination for Remote Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I like the flexibility Gable gives our team members to meet on demand, which is really useful for our remote setup. I also appreciate the analytics that show us usages, costs, and other metrics. These analytics help us plan how our remote and in-person strategy looks, what we can expect in terms of meeting cadence, budgeting for the fiscal year, and how different teams meet. It helps shape how we evolve our programming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

I would like to see us be able to tag each booking by group. The person who books the rooms may not always belong to the group that is using, so if we can tag the booking (i.e., technology, product, legal, marketing, etc.) then have our invoices broken down by those tags so accounting knows how to allocate the costs on the back end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Itamar Orgad of Gable

Thanks for the thoughtful review Dax. Great to hear Gable's flexibility and usage analytics are helping shape your remote strategy, planning, and budgeting decisions.

On tagging bookings by group with cost allocation, really smart use case, and one we hear from finance and admin teams often. We may actually have a workaround for you today via our custom booking reasons feature. Please reach out to support@gable.to and cc me at itamar@gable.to, happy to walk you through it and follow up.

"Effortless Space Booking, Excellent Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I use Gable for booking spaces for myself, my team, or for larger departmental offsites. It makes it really easy for me to book spaces locally or across the US. I love the ease of use when booking a space and the responsiveness of their support team. It takes the guesswork out of whether I will have a space reserved or where I can book a space. I can easily coordinate with my broader team to invite them via Gable to the space, and it makes the check-in process straightforward for me and the hosting space. The initial setup of Gable was very easy, and their support team is great about our locations as well as responding to inquiries for new spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

I wish there were a few more spaces to pick from in specific areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Itamar Orgad of Gable

Thanks for the review, Evan. Great to hear Gable is making it easy to book and coordinate across local meetings, team gatherings, and offsites, and that our support team has been responsive on new space requests.

On wanting more options in specific areas, fair call. We're continuously expanding the network, and your specific area requests directly help us prioritize. Feel free to us a line with the cities / neighborhoods that matter most.

"Great floorplan booking, but confusing split search between top and side panels"
3/5
What do you like best about Gable?

The floorplan view helps me visualize exactly where I want to book desks or rooms, and I really like that I can see on the floorplan where other people are sitting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

the search experience at the top of the window and at the left-hand side of the window don't talk to each other perfectly when looking to book a desk or a meeting room. I'd like the floorplan view to update to the floor I want to look at whether I use the top or the left. I'm still confused as to when to use which one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI and a Smooth, Stress-Free Booking Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I’m a big fan of the Gable platform. The UI is intuitive, and the booking flow feels genuinely user-friendly. The clean, straightforward interface makes it easy to navigate, and the booking process is consistently smooth from start to finish. It’s refreshing to use an app that works exactly the way you expect it to, without any extra friction. Overall, it makes finding a productive place to work completely stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

The workplaces I usually book have a 4 PM local-time cut-off for reserving a spot for the next day, which can be annoying at times, especially when I’m trying to make a last-minute booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Itamar Orgad of Gable

Thanks for the thoughtful review, Prateek. Glad the UI and booking flow are making it stress-free to find a spot when you want a change of scenery.

On the 4 PM local-time cut-off for next-day bookings, fair call. Those cut-offs are set by individual hosts in our network, but we're continuously working with them to expand availability and reduce last-minute friction.

The breadth of different locations they have partnerships with around the globe is impressive. So many great coworking spaces. Booking places on the website is also very easy and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Not much to share at the moment. We’re still fairly new users, so nothing specific comes to mind yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Honestly great platform and alternative to others just one minor tweak"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

The interface is very user friendly, and I really enjoy the real time updates because they make it easier to track data. I also love how quickly Gable rolls out new features. Another new addition to what I like would be how you can adjust desk release times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

It’s still being worked on within gable, but right now our employees don’t like that they have to log into Gable just to check in to their desk. It feels like an extra step in the process, and it makes checking in less convenient than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
