I haven’t really found any major issues so far. One co-working space had a slightly difficult check-in experience: they expected a code from an email, but I didn’t receive it from Gable. That said, it was probably an issue on the co-working side.

I wish there was more information about the type of spaces available and their configuration. If you're taking private calls, it's hard to determine if the spaces will be good for that. Using Gable to book meeting spaces has saved me a LOT of time - especially as I mainly book spaces in North America and I live overseas. The search function is easy and the Instant Book function is invaluable.

I use Gable for scheduling meetings and booking rooms at my company. I really like that it's a lot easier to keep tabs on where my meeting is going to be held, and I like the integration with Google. It's easy to see all of the rooms, and the actual website of Gable is helpful too. I like that it's very cross-functional and seems accessible at any of our locations. It's a very great idea. I would say the map seems to be a little bit complicated at times. Maybe it could be easier to see from a visual perspective. Maybe it would be easier to click and see what rooms are available. it takes too many clicks to get to where i need to go example being, if i want to book a desk at our new york HQ, i have to go to on-demand, and then on a map select which office i want, and then select the right office out of a lot of other options that might be in close radius, then i have to select the floor and date and meeting desk etc. i wish there was better historical data that knows i always book the same office, same desk, etc that i can click once to book something Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont like that I can't zoom into my office and see exactly whose sitting where. I find it really easy to book my desk for my office on a daily basis and when I go abroad. It's great that Gable allows me to easily find a place to sit, prevents others from taking my booked seat, and makes the check-in process super easy. I appreciate the ability to book a desk at a shared office space when my company doesn't have an office in the city I'm visiting. People are always easy to talk to, which is nice. My favorite aspect about Gable is that even if office space isn't available in certain cities, I can request it, and it's awesome that this feature worked for me.
