The floorplan view helps me visualize exactly where I want to book desks or rooms, and I really like that I can see on the floorplan where other people are sitting. I cannot customize invitation emails. I cannot create templates that will allow me to have customer groups. The bulk upload is very peculiar with the upload format (need to manually separate first and last names). Visit date alone should be sufficient. PNG logo automatically turns into JPEG making logos look off. Firewalls consider invite emails as spam or promotion. The registration page is built for mobile without any real indication that some people may open it on desktop. I can't add someone else as host. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I like the birds eye view of the seats, and I can sit next to my favorite people. It allows me to orient myself in the office really quickly, because I sometimes forget the names of meeting rooms. Additionally, there is no option for visitors to sign out, which is inconvenient. In Japan, regardless of whether the receptionists can speak English, many have registration forms or procedures that should be done in Japanese, which Gable teams cannot do.
