**What do you like best about Gable?**

The products are bundled; the entry app is included alongside the office space booking app.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I can't change the logo to ours in the ipad reception app. 
I don't like the layout - its confusing and doesn't seem to remember my preferences. 
I feel like the layout doesn't make logical sense. I can never remember wher I need to go to navigate for basic functions. It should be available from the first page.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People can book desks and people can sign in guests.

maps for different floors are not oriented the same. can't book for more than 30 days out. Cant easily book with my team

**What do you like best about Gable?**

It's nice to be able to book a desk in advance

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I find the website very difficult to navigate. It's difficult to find what I need, and it's unclear how to get to the map of desks so I can select a desk to book. I click on "explore Gable spaces" which I would think would take you to the map of desks, but it doesn't, it takes you to a map of Chicago with Gable locations. It's just not a very intuitive interface and I'm never sure where I should click to get to what I need.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I suppose it's helping our office solve the problem of not being able to book desks.

You've hit on a real UX issue: "Explore Gable spaces" takes you to the global coworking map (for booking external spaces), when it sounds like you actually want your office's desk map for HQ booking, two different flows.
