I'd like the floorplan view to update to the floor I want to look at whether I use the top or the left. I'm still confused as to when to use which one. **What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?** reservation of space for in-office time when I travel to company headquarters. it's enabling me to connect with colleagues as use valuable in-person time effectively. ### 2. It makes managing invites and customer visits straightforward. **What do you dislike about Gable?** I cannot customize invitation emails. I cannot create templates that will allow me to have customer groups. The bulk upload is very peculiar with the upload format (need to manually separate first and last names). Visit date alone should be sufficient. PNG logo automatically turns into JPEG making logos look off. Firewalls consider invite emails as spam or promotion. The registration page is built for mobile without any real indication that some people may open it on desktop. I can't add someone else as host. **What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Gable to manage invites and customer visits, making it easy to send bulk invitations. It's speedy, and I can quickly find what I need. **What do you dislike about Gable?** The calendar integrations aren't the best! It’s much easier for me to use Google Calendar, where I can reserve rooms quickly without extra steps. Additionally, there is no option for visitors to sign out, which is inconvenient. On Slack, you can view all bookings, but it would be better if you could see only the bookings for your own establishment. **What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have reported all the issues we are experiencing, and I have been informed that they are either being addressed or are in the process of being resolved. **Official Response from Itamar Orgad:** > Thanks for the thoughtful review. In Japan, regardless of whether the receptionists can speak English, many have registration forms or procedures that should be done in Japanese, which Gable teams cannot do.
