Gable is a client portal and transaction management platform for real estate agents and teams in the US and Canada. It gives sellers and buyers one clear place to see how their move is going, and gives agents one place to run every deal. For sellers, Gable sends a weekly report and keeps a private seller portal up to date. Sellers can see their showings, buyer feedback and listing activity without waiting for a phone call. Agents spend less time writing updates, and sellers feel informed every week. For buyers, Gable picks up at the accepted offer and walks them through to closing. The buyer portal shows what's done, what's next and the dates that matter, so buyers always know where things stand. Key dates can be added to your Google Calendar. For agents and teams, Gable keeps conditions, documents and important dates for each transaction in one view. Teams can see every active deal across the group, and nothing slips through the cracks between offer and close. Social Studio helps agents put together posts for their listings. Gable is built for working agents who want to look organized and keep clients informed without adding admin hours. Setup is self-serve, so you can add your first listing or buyer and share a portal the same day. Start a 14-day free trial at getgable.ca. No card required.
