The biggest value for me has been the quality of data and insights it surfaces. As someone who relies on analytics and reporting in my day-to-day work, I've found it makes it easier to pull together accurate, timely data rather than piecing it together manually. The reporting layer in particular helps turn raw numbers into insights I can actually act on and share with stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few areas could use improvement. The learning curve was a bit steep at first, especially getting familiar with how reports are structured and where certain data lives. I'd also like to see more flexibility in customizing dashboards/reports to match the specific metrics our category (Liquid Paints) cares about, rather than working within more generic templates. Occasionally there's a lag between when data updates and when it reflects in reporting, which can be a minor hurdle when you need real-time numbers for a fast-moving decision.
