What do you like best about G-P?

I’m not yet a heavy user, but so far I personally feel the system is not very user-friendly, and I’ve already experienced a few glitches. Also, during the onboarding process for professionals who start with a basic salary and receive an increase after probation, these details can’t be entered into the system. This causes confusion about what amount to indicate as the annual salary in order to generate the employment contract. As for document retrieval, the team has yet to update me on the issue, and I’m still unable to retrieve the document for my Thai Professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about G-P?

The onboarding staff should be more knowledgeable and proactive. I’ve noticed a clear difference between the teams handling Thailand versus Indonesia, and there’s room for improvement on the Indonesia side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about G-P?

We have been working with GP for a few years now, and our experience is still top tier. Our GP account manager is amazing at handling all questions we send their way and they've recently made some big improvements, to include an AI function called Gia. The AI function serves as a one stop shop for questions about each country, which is really helpful when trying to navigate different employee issues or questions. What do you dislike about G-P?

What do you like best about G-P?

I started working with G-P because I needed to hire technical people in Sweden while running my company in Denmark. I found them online and appreciated their fast response and helpful explanations about starting up, costs, and more. Their portal was very user-friendly and easy to work with. A consultant helped me assess my needs and tailor the solution, allowing me to hire the first employee and then the second one a few months later. G-P was instrumental in helping me get the company operational in Sweden. They've been really valuable to my business. I like the very friendly, kind staff who are good at helping and provide very fast support. They were great at explaining the complexities of hiring people in Sweden, which gave me a good experience. What do you like best about G-P?

One of the things I liked best about GP Platform was the onboarding experience. Their support team was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever questions came up. This made the implementation process much smoother and helped me get up to speed faster than expected. What do you dislike about G-P?

One downside for me has been the user experience and navigation. I previously used Remote, which I found much more intuitive and easier to navigate. In comparison, G-P feels less streamlined and takes more effort to find certain information or complete tasks. Some integrations, particularly time tracking, also feel more complex than necessary. What do you like best about G-P?

I like that G-P is seamless, easy to navigate, and easy to use. It's great to have everything in one place, where all my documents are kept safely, and I can manage my requests, concerns, and support on a regular basis. I appreciate that I can handle all my expenses and leave requests on the same platform and view salary details, tax deductions, and review documents over time. What do you dislike about G-P?

What do you like best about G-P?

I use G-P to manage the hiring and payroll of foreign employees and find that the service they offer is fast and efficient. What do you like best about G-P?

Everything is faster and easier to handle. We have a chat that works 24h, so we can ask anything and they help us solve our issues. The webpage is friendly and easy to use, and we can send our PTO through a form using Zoho platform. Another important feature is the IA integrated into the page. What do you like best about G-P?

I like that the G-P onboarding process is fairly quick and everything is on one page, which makes it feel like it's not asking for too much information. It seems to only ask for what the company actually needs, which I appreciate. I also value that it lets me edit my information right after and review it to ensure all my details are correct before the contract is created. The initial setup was easy with basic questions like password changes, and my account was already set up, ready for me to update my password and enter my details. What do you dislike about G-P?
