What do you like best about G-P?

G-P makes my documentation easy as per Indian laws, helping with salary structure, Indian labor laws, easy onboarding, and regular payouts. I appreciate the easy-to-understand platform and regular customer support. The onboarding process is straightforward, making it easier for the company to hire people. What do you dislike about G-P?

What do you like best about G-P?

I really like that G-P is quite practical and that it makes many things easier. Before, I had to request information like contracts, employment certificates, or permits from my boss or human resources, but now I can do it more quickly through this platform. What do you like best about G-P?

I like G-P's simple UI. The large font and simple buttons for options make it easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about G-P?

I find G-P not smart enough. The AI chat only answers questions directly about the contract, but when I want to know about the employee law in my country, it doesn't provide any info. It's not intuitive, so I have to use ChatGPT on the side. I think it should have a bot chat by the side to first answer navigation questions, and there should also be an option for a real agent to jump in if I have other questions.
