Their systems, including virtual contracts and signatures (like DocuSign), allow for easier and integrated online processes. Also their portal to manage time off and holidays is very useful and improves the user experience as an employee. Their support team is helpful and eager to solve tickets quite fast. They have launched an AI-powered tool, to find documents and help fix issues. I have not used it extensively, so I am not sure if it is very applicable or useful. Finally speaking, there is a great value in being able to access job opportunities outside Portugal, with more attractive salaries, while maintaining the local prices. Also, their service is free of charge for employees, which is great and way more cost effective than other alternatives that would involve costs with accounting and etc. It is a great value offering. Regarding performance, since I do not need to worry about the legal and accounting issues, it gives me more time to do my job and improve my personal and professional performance in my role. The system could be a bit quicker, because right now it feels slow. When I switch between pages, it takes a while to load the information. Also, I joined the company four days before month-end and it showed that I would be paid on the last day of the month, but I didn’t receive my payslip. I like how G-P makes it easy for companies to hire globally without legal or operational friction. I’m drawn to its impact in helping businesses scale internationally faster and safer. What do you dislike about G-P? I don’t have strong dislikes; I see it more as a fast-growing company with constant change, which can be challenging but exciting. The pace can be intense at times, but that also pushes learning and growth. Like any global company, coordination across time zones can be demanding, but it’s part of the environment I’m comfortable with. Nothing major—I see more opportunities than drawbacks. G-P solves the complexity of hiring and managing employees globally, and that benefits me by letting me work with international teams without worrying about legal or payroll barriers. It removes the friction of global expansion, which means I can focus more on execution and customer impact instead of operational blockers. It simplifies compliance, payroll, and hiring across countries, which helps me work in a truly global environment and grow faster professionally.
