What I like best about G-P is how it simplifies interface global hiring and workforce management in one platform. The platform integration makes the process straightforward and less overwhelming. Performance wise, the platform is reliable and responsive, and we rarely experience issues when processing requests. From a pricing and ROI perspective, G-P provides strong value because it helps companies expand globally without needing to establish legal entities in every country. Their support and onboarding team are also very helpful and responsive. Another standout feature is the AI or intelligence capabilities that can assist with insights, guidance, and streamlining tasks.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

So far, there is no downside for me. Even their support team is very reliable and commendable.

G-P helps solve the complexity of global hiring. Normally, if a company wants to hire someone in another country, it has to set up a legal entity, learn local labor laws, and manage taxes, payroll, and benefits—an approach that can be expensive, slow, and risky. G-P removes much of that barrier by acting as the EOR and handling compliance, contracts, payroll, and HR administration.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

What I like best about GP is the variety of challenges and the opportunity to work on different types of problems. It allows me to continuously learn and apply my technical and problem-solving skills while collaborating with different teams. I also value the impact of the work, since it contributes directly to improving processes and delivering reliable results.

One thing I would say is that, due to the complexity of global employment, some processes can take longer or be less straightforward, especially when dealing with different countries and regulations. However, I understand that this is part of ensuring compliance and accuracy, which is critical in a global environment. I actually see this more as a challenge the company is solving rather than a disadvantage.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

What I like best about G-P is how smooth and efficient the overall experience has been from an employee perspective. The onboarding process was very fast and well organized, which made starting the role much less stressful. The team is professional, supportive, and quick to respond whenever questions or issues come up. Communication is clear, and it’s helpful to have reliable guidance regarding contracts, payroll, and local employment matters. One of the biggest upsides of G-P is the sense of structure and reliability they provide while working internationally.

One area that could be improved is the level of detail and consistency in employment documentation and benefit explanations. At times, certain information regarding benefits or policies was not fully transparent upfront, which created some confusion and required additional clarification. While the support team was responsive and helpful, having clearer documentation and more proactive communication from the beginning would make the employee experience even smoother.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I like that I can view all my documents in one table. After I filled in all my details, they were reviewed quite quickly. The support agent notified me promptly about the ways to sign my contract and answered all my questions very nicely.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

The system could be a bit quicker, because right now it feels slow. When I switch between pages, it takes a while to load the information. Also, I joined the company four days before month-end and it showed that I would be paid on the last day of the month, but I didn’t receive my payslip. I’m assuming it will be paid at the end of the next month, but this was a bit misleading.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I got links to download the apps to be on the go.This using the same log, so it's very easy to start there. Also I like the tile with the payment date.Again I can review all the documents quickly without disturbing my direct managers.

I like that the G-P onboarding process is fairly quick and everything is on one page, which makes it feel like it's not asking for too much information. It seems to only ask for what the company actually needs, which I appreciate. I also value that it lets me edit my information right after and review it to ensure all my details are correct before the contract is created. The initial setup was easy with basic questions like password changes, and my account was already set up, ready for me to update my password and enter my details.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Some of the fields aren't very intuitive, especially things like 'Residency Status' or having to enter citizenship in multiple formats (English and Spanish).

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P makes onboarding easy by collecting necessary information like I.D. and address to confirm my eligibility. It's quick and organized on one page, requiring only essential details. I can edit and review my information before finalizing it, ensuring accuracy.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I really like that G-P guarantees compliance in terms of labor safety and regulations of the country where I am. I think it's fantastic to be able to manage hiring without a legal entity in the country. I find the platform very user-friendly, allowing me to download all the documentation and consult it again. Everything seems very transparent and clear. Additionally, I like the step-by-step guide when entering, uploading documents, and editing and modifying data. It is a very useful tool and super simple to use. The design of the platform is extremely easy, even for beginners. It facilitates reading and locating relevant information, and I feel attended to from the first moment with the possible questions that arise during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

When uploading the documents, I couldn't see if they were actually being uploaded. Perhaps that could be improved for those of us starting for the first time, by fully seeing that all the documents have been uploaded before accepting.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I use G-P because it helped me easily onboard all my documents and fill my information. The user interface is very easy to navigate, allowing me to upload files without any hassle. Even after uploading, I can easily check for any changes that need to be made. It's straightforward to look at my information and any other details I might need in the future, which makes navigation very simple. The initial setup was also very easy; I didn't have to do much from the beginning.

So when you upload any file, the status of the file upload cannot be visible. So if it is visible, it would be useful for the user.

I truly value how fast, easy, and seamless the platform and support team are. Everything from my initial contract signing and benefits enrollment to daily tasks like requesting time-off, getting expense reimbursements, or generating custom employment certificates is handled exceptionally well. Even more complex requests, like asking to work abroad, are processed smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. The integration with Zoho ensures that my time-off requests are seamlessly synced between my daily management tools and my official HR records, saving me from having to log my PTO twice. The entire initial setup, from signing my contract to getting my benefits ready, was incredibly fast and smooth.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

One area for improvement is bridging the gap between US company perks and local benefits. While G-P handles my mandatory Colombian benefits perfectly, it can sometimes be complicated to replicate US-specific perks (like wellness funds, or equity/stock options) through the G-P payroll system without heavy tax implications.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P handles my payroll, contracts, and HR benefits while bridging the gap between US and Colombian labor laws. It eliminates the complexity of cross-border employment, allowing a legal, standard contract with benefits and simplifying tax and wire transfer issues.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I really like G-P's platform because it's very intuitive and the employment generator contract is great and easy to use, which helps refine talent operations processing for hiring new FTE employees. We've been using G-P for over four years and I've noticed growth and development in their platform, especially with the use of AI. The support they provide for our co- FTE employees is also fantastic. We love our account manager, Fernanda because she's always lovely, responsive, and helpful.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Sometimes when we open a ticket, there can be a delay in response times or we're not updated as much as possible. I believe even if the request has not been actioned yet, it'll be nice for the HR specialist to give an update of where they are. Sometimes an update is not about completing the request, but keeping the person informed throughout the whole process.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P helps us recruit in countries without an entity, manages onboarding and offboarding, and provides a seamless experience for our people team, Talent operations team and smooth experience for the professionals we are hiring.

  ### 10. Onboarding Errors, Slow Communication, and Poor Accountability at G-P

**What do you like best about G-P?**

On the positive side, G-P offers a convenient digital platform where all employment information, documents, and payslips are available in one place. It’s helpful to have everything accessible online without needing to go anywhere or deal with paperwork manually. The process of onboarding itself was smooth and well-structured, and the initial documentation was easy to complete.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I had a disappointing experience with G-P as an employer of record. When I joined my company, an administrative error was made during onboarding: despite clearly communicating my confirmed start date well in advance, the contract was issued with a later date. As a result, I didn’t receive timely payment for the period I had already worked. What’s worse, G-P initially tried to place the responsibility for this error on me and my company, rather than acknowledging their own process oversight. It took pressure from my managers to escalate the issue and eventually receive an apology.

In addition, I submitted a PPK opt-out form at the start of my employment, which G-P failed to process, and I was enrolled in the plan against my decision. This is now being reversed over the course of two months.

Overall, I found the communication slow, the accountability lacking, and the handling of local compliance inconsistent. I hope G-P improves their internal processes and takes more responsibility in future cases.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P enables me to be officially employed under a local Polish employment contract (umowa o pracę), while actually working for a U.S.-based company. This setup ensures compliance with Polish labor law, provides access to local benefits like health insurance and paid vacation, and allows me to receive a regular salary in Poland without the need for my employer to open a local entity.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I like being able to submit expenses via Zoho. It's way better than the solution I used at my last company, which was Concur. With Zoho, it's easy to upload expenses, and with AI, it generates a very accurate expense report that I just need to add to my report. Concur had this feature but it didn't work as well.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

The support was not good. It took me more than a month to access Zoho. Support took a long time and wasn't effective at all. They just kept saying it was documented, and I was doing everything right. I just had to adjust things on their side. And it took forever.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use G-P to submit expenses, which is way better than my previous system. It's easy to upload expenses via Zoho, and AI generates accurate reports, saving me time.

The portal is very user friendly. We have chat option to easily communicate with and raise tickets for any issues. The portal response time is very quick. Most importantly, the content in pages carries almost every doubt of users.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I don't think there is any. The portals are well directed and self-service oriented AI integrated services, which almost reduces the need for raising any tickets.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So, G-P is a one place stop for all our needs, let be benefits or payroll related or timeoff/timetracking through Zoho. That is a great platform which integrates all the portals related to employee requirements at one place. Making life easier for us.

Our representative is very responsive as questions arise, and so is the team. They're very knowledgeable and are able to support us as questions and opportunities come up.

I really don't have anything. There are times when it can take time to get answers, but that's partly due to significant time zone differences.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

All the details I need are available in the website and the interface. G-P support responds to my concerns right away, and they’re consistently very helpful. They make sure everything is in good order, and they don’t close a ticket I’ve raised until it’s properly addressed. The website has a lot of features and can easily be found if you watch the tutorials. Our company use it for time tracking so we use it every day.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I think the only thing my team and I don't like is the implementation or suggestion of number of leaves. It's based on the law of each country, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it should always be the minimum. I've heard that branches in other APAC countries have raised this to their managers as well. In my previous job, I've had 23 days leave; 10 SL, 12 AL, and 1 birthday leave. It would be nice to improve that.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, I've only had concerns before about the onboarding and the filing of OTs. I sometimes forget to input my OT log, or I put the wrong numbers. It's very helpful since I need to receive the OT pay on time.

I really like our account manager, Lucas, because he's always prepared before our meetings and answers all our questions thoroughly. If he doesn't know something, he points us in the right direction. I find the support service very intuitive; they usually get back to us within twenty-four hours. The specific country insights are amazing, and I also like how user-friendly the online profile is.

There's been quite a lot of portal updates, which sometimes makes it confusing to navigate around where to find someone's contract. It could be housed in three different places, so I found myself looking in all those places. The online chat box is not helpful, so we always end up resorting to email. If they could improve the online chat, that would be amazing.

When I book time off it just gives me the pro-rated time off accumulation until that day which is not useful for me. They have too many documents for some benefits just listed so it's unclear which ones hold the information I'm looking for.

The communication channel could improve with a chat, something that is in real-time. There is also friction with the initial setup of G-P because I had to provide many documents that my previous EOR did not require. I would like them to improve the way they calculate withholding tax, the benefits they might offer in the future, and the availability to resolve my questions.

It was relatively quick to set up, did not have many glitches, support staff is easy to contact and highly responsive, and it has enabled my company to keep me employed out of the US even though it is a small nonprofit that had previously thought EORs were out of reach for it.

The process is a little bit piecemeal and initially confusing for onboarding. Some communications are not 100% clear, like when certain tasks should be done and what terms belong in the contract.

Fairly easy to use their platform. Navigation is easy and overall the layout is sleek.

When we are invoiced it shows the total amount being debited. I have to login and navigate to the invoice I need and download the breakdown so I can provide to our accounting team. Expense reports are handled through a different system so that creates additional challenges.

We only have one employee in Canada and were unable to get that setup with our current US provider. G-P made it easy to outsource just that one employee and make sure we remain compliant with Canadian laws.

Across various topics, as a customer, I often feel that the support team (including some HR consultants) assumes a basic understanding of country-specific regulations and laws. Detailed questions are often answered only briefly and incompletely, requiring additional effort from the customer to follow up on the unanswered parts. There are also frequent instances of brief responses such as ‘That's not possible’ without further explanation. As a customer, I would expect a globally active EOR to offer appropriate solutions to resolve my concerns or problems. Here, too, customers often have to follow up intensively to get support. At a certain point of helplessness, you feel compelled to involve your customer success manager in order to achieve a constructive result. Interestingly, with your support, we were able to find a workable solution.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

The simplicity of the onboarding has been incredible. Felt assisted all along, and everyone has been incredibly supportive. The platform is very user friendly and organised - it makes it way easier to find your usual workplace documentations (specially if you're used to other heavier and harder to navigate platforms).

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Not particularly a dislike as I can't find one - but I'd recommend just having a better onboarding screen for those unfamiliar with remote contracting (e.g. steps to go through, what has been done and missing, and also cover the last mile between the contractor and the company, connecting with manager, etc). I'd also love to see my local country work code and legals in a simpler way - this is typically a very cumbersome piece of information to consume and digest, and would be great if G-P would offer this from the get-go.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P is helping me manage my contract, time and expenses. It also helps me keeping organised with all legal matters of my contract, and easily finding support whenever I need it.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I really love G-P's UI and interface; it's easy to use and looks great. The graphics are very appealing too, and it has an easy-to-use side menu. I also find the Next Pay Role date section with a countdown super helpful for seeing when I'll next get paid.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I think it could be able to add my time and expense into it as I have to use another program for that. I wish I could also input questions there for my contractor company TSG. It would be good if payslips were integrated so it truly is a one spot place for everything for my work.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I like that G-P makes everything accessible online for my payroll and pay stubs. It lets me manage all my vacation, pay stubs, and T4s from one platform, which is really convenient. I appreciate that everything is easy to access, and the software for my expenses is very easy to use. The vacation portal is great because it shows stat holidays and how many days I have accumulated throughout the year, and when I book them off, it goes straight to my manager. The initial setup of G-P was super easy and only took a couple of minutes, and I've never had any issues.

The only thing being the only Canadian employee my US coleagues dont use it so a lot of things have to be done seperate to GP. Like training and 401K

I like how G-P made hiring much easier and supported the onboarding process. The team has been very supportive, and I really appreciate the quick response times. They usually get back to me super fast, even if it's just to let me know they are working on something and will follow up with the final resolution. I've had a great experience working with DJ and Daria. The initial setup was very easy too.

The integration with Zoho is not intuitive. You have to log in to a different app, and then a separate email from your G-P account is needed to access Zoho. While the app works once accessed, the process of getting it connected and actually working takes too much time.

I think it's just everything so easy. Compared to all other HR companies I've worked with, G-P makes everything run smoothly and it's all very simple, to the point. I really appreciate the support from G-P. Tickets are always answered quickly, and the guidance has mostly been excellent, especially in Germany and the Netherlands. Our account manager is also very available to help when needed.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

The interface - there is no way to filter between active and inactive employees which is super frustrating. Zoho - employees have reported frustrations logging time and expenses, and it's very clunky on the admin side too. Being able to filter employees by active/inactive status would be invaluable. The inactive ones should be default hidden. For time logging, one employee in Germany reported having to log every day individually it wasn't possible to log, for example, a 2-week vacation in one go. The initial setup was more complicated than expected, and there were some glitches.

I use G-P to manage professionals in countries without entities, solving the problem of hiring top talent to meet specific business needs.

I find G-P's portal very easy to use, especially for onboarding employees. With a brief orientation, I was able to set it up quickly. It's also straightforward for our key personnel to access timely information on payroll, vacations, benefits, and accounts payable. I appreciate the ease of customizing benefits for executive-level positions, like for our Director in Manila.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

There's a very tight timeline to make payments for payroll. It would be easier if this was automated or the window was larger. With international bank transactions, it's a little more challenging to turn it around in a couple of days, especially when the CFO or CEO are not available. Also, it would be handy if it integrated with QuickBooks Online.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P handles payroll, taxes, and benefits for overseas employees, making it easy to manage these for our Philippine team. It's user-friendly for onboarding, and provides key personnel with timely payroll and benefits info.

It often requires excessive back-and-forth to reach a resolution, and sometimes, the issue isn't fully understood. I also find the recurring occurrence of the same salary discrepancies problematic. There have been delays in paying employee entitlements, which causes confusion and dissatisfaction. In a personal case, I received unsatisfactory support and feedback during an urgent situation regarding health coverage, which was not only slow but also reflected poorly on me. I feel there are gaps in G-P's support quality and handling of employee concerns.

I like the speed and clarity with which G-P responds to the requests I make. When I ask for information via email, the response time is short and they are very specific in the information they provide. Additionally, they have a group of advisors who have helped me a lot when I request information. Although the initial setup of G-P was a bit complex, the advice provided by the G-P staff helped me understand and access it more easily.

I would like there to be more refresher courses on the use of virtual tools and for them to be in Spanish. At first, it was a bit complex, but after the guidance provided by the G-P staff, I managed to understand and access it more easily.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I like how the sales and support staff at G-P have been very helpful, proactive, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. They send materials and information that are detailed and clear. Additionally, G-P allows onboarding of fewer than 5 US employees to the EOR system, which is great because it allows us to start small and grow. The initial setup of G-P was very easy.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Rather than tracking contractor work off of the G-P portal and waiting for invoices to be submitted, it would be nice to have the ability to pre-load a signed contractor SOW with deliverables, then have contractors trigger their completion which triggers an approval process for payments. It doesn't seem like it would be difficult to create a process where the triggering of completion autofills an invoice matching the preloaded SOW that the contractor signs and submits. This shouldn't be a compliance issue. Also, the onboarding flow doesn't include customized background screening processes, so we will likely have to use a different project management platform to track HR stuff on our backend.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P handles global payroll processing, compliance, and benefits administration for us. They also allow us to onboard fewer than 5 US employees, helping us start small and grow.

G-P makes my documentation easy as per Indian laws, helping with salary structure, Indian labor laws, easy onboarding, and regular payouts. I appreciate the easy-to-understand platform and regular customer support. The onboarding process is straightforward, making it easier for the company to hire people. G-P also offers separate payslips and tax management tools that are much easier to use.
