**What do you like best about Gcore Cloud?**

I started using the gcore service recently, more than a month ago, and during this period gcore was able to win my heart with its responsive technical support, they can answer and help you in a matter of minutes, which puts them in priority in the list of competitors.

At the expense of the services themselves, I use a cloud service in the Baku location, and I am very satisfied. Everything is clear and clearly described in the configuration of the virtual machine itself. I am sincerely glad that Gore has such technical support and the opportunity to implement business ideas.

**What do you dislike about Gcore Cloud?**

Unfortunately, there are not enough tools in the control panel, for example, changing PTR records, which is sometimes very important for applications to work. But this is fixable at the expense of technical support, which can do it for you.

**What problems is Gcore Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing hardware in the Baku location and flexibility in the configuration of the virtual machine, for example, changing the disk size without any data loss, which is very important.
