It's simple to use. Haven't had any download errors. Haven't used the bi-directional capabilities so can't comment. Report customizations are a tad clunky, but they work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

G-Accon allows me to pull in direct reports from QBO which is a life saver instead of having to bring in all the numbers manually. I use it a few times each month and it is always very easy to do. The integration is also very straight forward, just log into QB or Xero and you're good to go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

G-Accon is an extremely helpful tool for pulling in accounting data (e.g. financial statements) directly into your Google Sheets spreadsheet. It has saved countless hours by creating a seamless integration that connects directly to your accounting software and refreshing reports at the press of a button (or on a regular cadence thanks to their scheduled refresh feature). The add-in also seamlessly allows you to pull vast amounts of information e.g. vendor reports, general ledger, A/R information, etc., to get key insights at your fingertips. - The interface sometimes tends to take quite a bit of time to pull reports/refresh existing ones especially if there are multiple reports within a given workbook. Would love to see more efficiency e.g. entire workbook refreshing within 5-15 seconds instead of several minutes.

- Graphical interface is a bit dated but still very functional. Would be great to see something more streamlined and minimal in the future that is efficient but also aesthetic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
