I've been using G-Accon now for about 4 years and have found the product very simple to use, setup and integrate into Xero and Google Workspace and Google Sheets. The features on offer are many and have proven to be very useful for a variety of general and mont-end reporting needs. What do you dislike about G-Accon? There is a learning curve and some users could find it may take a little time to fully explore, understand and utilise all the features on offer. Xero has many good aspects but I've always found the reporting options were very limited and I found myself constantly exporting an Excel format report from Xero and then spend lots of time making a report do what I wanted. G-Accon integrates very easily and securely into Xero and Google Sheets and has provided me with many new options and features to improve and speed up my financial reporting. We love using g-accon and its automated reporting and would struggle to update a whole heap of google sheets with live reports without it couldnt reccomend it enough I've been using for over 5/6years across 2 different businseses and wherever i go i reccomend it to other professionals using Xero and G-sheets. \*\*\*\*\* Its easy to use and implement. The only thing I dislike about g-accon is the API limit to xero i would like some reports to update more frequently but i know from experience that updating things to regulary locks it out of Xero Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. There are so many reports to be generated and can be used it in daily tasks We are using the G-Accon plugin in our different financial reports, we set it with QBO, and frankly, all of our reports are working well and we can manage our regular activities more smoothly as we can catch gaps and errors more effectively. Although there are some lags we faced while pulling up old data from 2016 onwards, for the time being addressed well by the team, it would be great if we have a permanent solution for that. Our teams are working in different time zones, so we automate the reports in such a way we get it every morning and we check the report if something goes wrong we fix that. It realively easy to create a set of standard reports for my various end users both internal and external. The G-Accon reports are refreshed automatically as data and information is entered into QBO.
