Very useful & time saving to automate email delivery of standard Xero reports (eg aged debtors, bank transactions, p&l, etc). Emails can be set for daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Combined with Google sheets, complex reporting & dashboards can be designed using all Xero data to supercharge reporting. A good working knowledge of excel helps combined with the tutorials to learn create custom reports. A single user licence is not available. G-Accon has saved me as a finance analyst a lot of time and effort. Instead of having to export account transactions manually from Xero every time we need to perform some analysis on our expense accounts, I can just refresh G-accon. Really useful! We use google sheets a lot, and I probably have 25 google sheets right now using G-Accon. Great tool for automation purposes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about G-Accon? It does however take lot of time to refresh sometimes, which can become a bottleneck. G-Accon is a game-changer for Google Sheets users. It seamlessly integrates with Quickbooks, offers powerful data import/export, automation, and customization options. Prior to G-Accon we manually updated our financials from Quickbooks into our spreadsheet and took significant time and increased the liklihood of errors. We now use G-Accon to import our Quickbooks reports directly into our spreadsheets at the click of a button, which allows us to build V-Lookup functions to pull actual numbers into our FP&A modeling with ease.
