Creating templates that automate reporting to individual p&l owners has also saved me a significant amount of time. **What do you dislike about G-Accon?** Uploading data from G-Accon to Quickbooks has been difficult to accomplish. The interface is not intuitive. Updating the same template for various Quickbooks classes is a manual process that slows down my reporting to different stakeholders. Creating a method to update the same field across multiple templates would be a great improvement. **What problems is G-Accon solving and how is that benefiting you?** All previous reporting came directly from Quickbooks online. QBO is limited in the ability to add columns and calculations. Adding calculations and data points required exporting a static report from QBO to excel and modifying individual files. G-Accon's Google connector has simplified this process and saved me a significant amount of time when reporting to shareholders. I also find consolidating data across multiple entities to be a much simpler process with G-Accon. I tried other platforms that required a significant amount of maintenance to get the required results. ### 2. It has saved countless hours by creating a seamless integration that connects directly to your accounting software and refreshing reports at the press of a button (or on a regular cadence thanks to their scheduled refresh feature). The add-in also seamlessly allows you to pull vast amounts of information e.g. vendor reports, general ledger, A/R information, etc., to get key insights at your fingertips. It would be difficult to imagine how much time I would be wasting if it wasn't due to this great tool! **What do you dislike about G-Accon?** - The interface sometimes tends to take quite a bit of time to pull reports/refresh existing ones especially if there are multiple reports within a given workbook. Would love to see more efficiency e.g. entire workbook refreshing within 5-15 seconds instead of several minutes. - Graphical interface is a bit dated but still very functional. We no longer have to manually pull data from QBO into our Google sheet to create useful management reports! **What do you dislike about G-Accon?** User interface. We are using G-Accon as an extension in our Google sheet and we find it hard to navigate the interface. Not all the reports from QBO are in G-Accon and not all of the reports from G-Accon are computing properly. An example would be the Custom Accounting Report for Budget Variance. While the normal Business Report-Budget Variance computes properly, the Custom Accounting Report-Budget Variance does not show correct % to budget. **What problems is G-Accon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer have to manually pull data from QBO into our Google sheet to create useful management reports. The cost for the service is very reasonable and much cheaper than other competitors. Setting up custom reports is also time efficient and pretty easy. **What do you dislike about G-Accon?** The formatting for reports (especially basic summary financials like the P&L) is essentially nonexistent which can make it difficult to read and sort through data.
