**What do you like best about G&A Partners?**

The best part of working with G&A Partners is having a reliable team that is always willing to help. Whether it's a payroll question, a benefits issue, or HR guidance, I know I can reach out and get a timely, helpful response. Their support has made managing employee-related processes much easier.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

There are times when certain requests can take longer than expected, especially when multiple departments are involved. While issues are always resolved, having a more streamlined process for some requests would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G&A Partners has helped take a lot of the administrative work related to HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance off our plate. Having a dedicated team to support these areas has saved us time and given us confidence that important processes are being handled correctly. It allows our team to focus more on our employees and day-to-day business operations rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks.

**What do you like best about G&A Partners?**

Every G&A person I work with responds quickly, is logical and wants to solve the problem or help me with what i need.  I don't have to just work through one person, but i can if that's what i want.  If i want to reach out to my benefits or tax person i can do so directly without having to go through the one contact.  Everyone is very knowledgeable about their area of expertise.  Besides my payroll rep, I have a contact that is a catch all  in case i don't know where to go to. Plus they have an 800 number for me or my employees to call as needed.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

I honestly can't think of one problem i've had with G&A.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm an ASO but they allow me to offer their large benefits offering to our employees. (except medical insurance which i get through a broker but they still help by including it with the OE).  They handle the Benefits/Open Enrollment each year with their platform that makes it easy to offer a wide range of benefits. They handle all the deductions, answer questions employees have, and COBRA, terminations, etc...

**What do you like best about G&A Partners?**

G&A Partners makes processing payroll simple and efficient. If I ever have an issue or question, there is a real human available to answer questions. We have knowledgeable support behind us and that makes the service worth it! The software is simple and processing only takes a few minutes each pay period.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

We've had some issues with benefits renewals, but G&A got all the right people involved and addressed the issue. It seems to me client relationships are at the front of mind for G&A and we've been able to work through any issues with the right people as they have come up.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business, G&A provides our HR and payroll expertise, so we don't have to staff those roles. It's worth it!

**What do you like best about G&A Partners?**

The service model allows our Admin team to connect directly with our Benefits, Payroll, and HR representative. Pricing is cost-effective and simple when considering operational expense. Reporting tools are robust and customizable (recently improved). HR Staff are diverse and well-versed and have handled every situation we have encountered well.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

On occasion, there are too many options when starting a new role or updating handbook policies and it seems we are being consulted on the variations rather than the direction to best take.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations with our 401k provider every payroll help streamline the funding of participant contributions and company matching amounts, reducing—and almost eliminating—manual administration. Open enrollment during benefits renewal and assisting with those beneift options is also very well done.

**What do you like best about G&A Partners?**

G&A staff is quick and reliable when a response is required. Weather an emergency or not I can wait for an answer and I know it will arrive in a shortly

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

The downside is that only one medical insurance provider is available. My wife and I have two very different health issues and need two different tier-level policies, but unfortunately Anthem isn’t the best insurance for our situation, and I’m forced to use it.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had issued with emplyees wanting to go negative with PTO and G&A helps us resolve this by allowing this to happen and helping us stay on track with our employees. The excellent staff always provides a solution for oddball requests the we allow.

G&A Partners allows the organization I manage to seamlessly take care of employees in regard to one of the most motivating factors in getting paid often and on time.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

The only thing I can think of that is a little overwhelming, not that it makes me dislike G&A Partners, is the amount of tools and resources they provide as an admin. It's not a bad thing, I just don't know what they are all used for.

As an executive, I have a busy schedule and have important priorities to take care of. G&A gives me easy-to-use tools that make payroll and time-off requests a walk in the park to help save me time.

**What do you like best about G&A Partners?**

The customer service at G&A has been wonderful. They provide service like no other, our client success manager, Starr Harry has been so helpful during company transitions and making sure that the company has what they need in order to meet our deadlines. The cost is worth the customer service and attentiveness that we receive. The system performs well and helps us generate large data reports that we may need as well as integrating other platforms on our platform. With the recent changes and AI updates, they system has run very smoothly and is easy to use day-to-day from a client standpoint and employee standpoint.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

their customer service is great, but the IT department sometimes feels like we get passed around until a problem can get solved, but once we are handed to the correct person, it gets solved.

They are currently fixing our time and labor for easier understanding for our time and labor schedules

I appreciate that they genuinely try to keep us updated. G&A also provides a lot of helpful resources all in one place, such as onboarding materials, safety information, support, insurance, and more.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

From a user standpoint, open enrollment for insurance was frustrating because we ran into a lot of technical issues throughout the period. Since our staff isn’t very technologically savvy, from an admin perspective I wish I could support them more, instead of having them submit everything on their own.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication has been much better than it was with our previous PEO. That improvement has helped us stay more prepared for changes and respond more proactively when things shift.

Customer service and easy of use! When issues arise, they are quick to solve them, no matter what time of day or week.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

So far we have not ran into many issues with G&A. I think understanding the process of switching to them can be a little rough but that's any PEO transfer.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners:**

Just do it. The competition cannot compete with their customer service, prices, and software.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G&A is basically the easy button when it comes to PEO's. We have used a few others and it's always a headache to get anything done. G&A makes day to day issues and concerns a no brainer and easy. I highly recommend!

I love that G&A Partners does a lot of our heavy lifting, allowing our in-house HR team to focus more on employees. The team at G&A Partners is wonderful to work with and very supportive. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile, which supports us in focusing on training, development, employee relations, retention, and engagement. The G&A team has been instrumental in our successful growth as we are currently at 5,000 employees and growing. Their support has been crucial, especially with a complete set up for each of our hundreds of unique locations.

I don't use the site very often. I'm not a member of our HR department, so I only interact with the website a few times a year, as an employee of a G&A client. As such, it does not significantly affect my workflow. The website is clean and fairly easy to navigate when I need to update benefits or print paycheck information.

As I mentioned previously, I only interact with the website a few times a year. I don't have any complaints about it.

G&A does an excellent job of making each of their clients feel important. The platform is easy to use and user friendly. If we've ever needed additional assistance, G&A has done a great job of making sure whatever we need is taken care of.

They are a smaller team, but I feel like this is only a benefit.

The individuals that support our account are very knowledgeable and helpful. If we ask questions that they don't have the answers to, they will route us to the right team for support or follow up to provide us with the answers we need.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

Sometimes the IT support team doesn't follow up with our inquiries. We have to reach out multiple times to find answers and solutions to our issues.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are going through a full TLM systems configuration and remediation audit to ensure our employees are set up under the correct accrual policies based on our handbook. G&A Partners has assigned knowledgeable PMs to our account to support with this initiative. This will improve our compliance.

**What do you like best about G&A Partners?**

I appreciate that G&A Partners is simple and easy to reach out to if we have issues or need help. It's very convenient to have our payroll specialist accessible by email and phone, which is crucial when we're against a deadline to get payroll submitted and approved. The initial setup was fairly easy, with an onboarding Zoom meeting that showed us how to use the system.

We have had a few payroll and PTO issues due to changes in employee pay structures.

G&A Partners runs our payroll and tracks PTO, making it simple and easy to reach out if we need help. Access to our payroll specialist is crucial for meeting payroll deadlines.

They are great for smaller businesses to help reduce the costs of health insurance premiums and help to reduce operational costs associated with payroll, etc.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

A couple of times the limited time we had to review our options for health insurance packages.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll, insurance, extra benefits we can offer our employees that we were not able to alone, such as life insurance, retirement, etc.

The customer service at G&A Partners is excellent.  Such friendly folks and helpful.

Their website is a bit encumbering, but they are making improvements.

Finding information on the website can take a while until you know what to look for.  There are so many options for reports, it just takes time to find the one you're looking for.

**What do you like best about G&A Partners?**

Time sheet entry is user-friendly.  Also, the payroll approval process is very clear.  We are not integrated with other aspects of stack tools.  We have few employees so the amount of usage isn't as much.  The pricing is consistent with other online payroll companies.  The only issue I have with the onboarding experience is the I-9 entry.  Not a fan of AI/Intelligence.

Assigned support not always responsive to emails.  Don't feel supported in aspect of employee benefits.

**What problems is G&A Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G&A Partners is not solving any problems that are beneficial to us that we are aware of at this time.

G&A is my go to for HR questions. I am fairly new to this role and they have been extremely helpful!

I find G&A Partners’ service in payroll to be incredibly time-saving and efficient, especially after transitioning to HR Prism; it has reduced processing time to a third of what it was before. The expertise that G&A Partners offers, particularly in unemployment insurance and employee separation processes, is invaluable. This expertise is critical given the organizational restructuring we've undergone, where they've assisted in managing fair separations and efficiently onboarding new team members. Their support in creating new positions and handling unemployment proceedings is exceptionally helpful. The HR advising is a significant asset, providing guidance that diminishes risks associated with terminations. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of G&A Partners in streamlining our HR functions and aiding in employee-related legal processes.

I think it's important for the support team to be the expert and be more assertive in giving direction that would protect my company. There have been instances where I am asked what we want to do, instead of them being the expert and interpreting the company handbook so that I can feel confident about the direction. I felt like I had to read and figure out what the handbook and law states. I even corrected recommendations from the support team on more than one occasion, which does not inspire confidence. Also, the system can be difficult to navigate for employees.

The upside to using G&A partners for me is having access to experts in multiple different areas to draw from.  When I am faced with a situation I am not experienced in, I have someone to call, consult with, and get direction. When I have questions about payroll, my payroll specialist is the best at responding quickly and has been able to help resolve any situation that has come up. Also, we appreciate the trainings offered such as Anti-harassment trainings. They are always willing to do in-person or virtual meetings. The webinars offered to me on various topics are also very much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

The downside to working with G&A is the non-visibility we receive on our team's health insurance usage.  When rates go up, we never know if it is because of the whole G&A group or our specific group's usage. Rates keep going up and we don't get much explanation. The other downside is that G&A's system will not track our PTO correctly. This is something that our PEO should be able to do but cannot, so we have to do it inhouse.

G&A is very responsive and helpful. I have enjoyed every specialist I have worked with in many areas. I appreciate the in-person contact and the way they have learned our company situation to help me and give appropriate and personalized recommendations.

I like having a designated payroll processor that knows our company and is available when I have questions. I am able to work directly with Ashley and she is quick to send our payroll back for approval and finalizing. I also like that I don't have to worry about filing any of the payroll taxes or quarterly reports. That is a huge bonus and time saver for me. I also like that I don't have to be concerned with employee benefits, that it is all taken care of by G&A.

G&A Partners has made HR and payroll a much easier process. I like being able to input new hires into the system and have the employee complete the onboarding process. I have many Spanish speakers in my company and having the option of the onboarding process in their native language is very helpful. The system is very outdated, and it makes it difficult to know where to go to find information. I also do not like we do not have one source or representative that we can reach out to.

We do like that the solution has all of the big pieces we need in one solution, essentially a one-stop shop for HR and Payroll, lot's of clarity in the data and reports as well.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners?**

The system is not the most user friendly, it's a bit clunky and it requires multiple clicks and sorting to get to the right place, there is also a typically long load times when navigating

The problem we have solved is we needed an electronic platform to manage all of our HR and Payroll, this has accomplished our biggest needs, overall happy with solution
