It truly prioritizes my email so I’m only looking at the important messages during the day, and it also drafts responses for me. That makes it super fast to address what matters and get back to work. I really appreciate Fyxer's email drafting feature. Since most of my emails are simple responses to let people know I've received their messages, Fyxer has been incredibly helpful. Most of the time, the draft is already perfectly written, and all I need to do is read through it, agree with it, and send it off. I also found the initial setup of Fyxer very easy, especially when transitioning from Microsoft to Google. I'm still getting used to how Fyxer files things. Sometimes, it's not filed where I intuitively think it should be. There are instances where emails that are automatically filed in the 'respond to' category haven't had a draft created. The difference between FYI and notification is still something I'm learning, and having to remember to check different inboxes feels a bit cumbersome, though it's not the end of the world. Additionally, the price break for Fyxer feels a bit steep, especially for a small nonprofit with a limited budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Its ability to read emails and give pointed responses rather than general ones, and the Calendar sync is amazing. The fact that sometimes even after i Log of and login I am not able to get rid of the schedules which i one Synced with the calendar, it's an intermittent bug that keeps coming in and out. It was really simple to set up, and it’s incredibly intuitive to use. It also does exactly what it says it’s going to do: it keeps my inbox clean. Nothing at all - I am canceling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fyxer? I intended to use it for email optimization and meeting recording and note taking. But it has been impossible to get support for this very buggy app. They have not been able to solve any of my issues. The dashboard does not update. I have not been able to find my recordings. They claim to be able to manage multiple email accounts in the Pro plan. But they cannot. Their email bots have rearranged my email. I worry that when I cancel, because I am canceling, that my email will be corrupted and unfixable. I get multiple Fyxer AI spam in my email every day. Their software added people to my subscription without permission. This unauthorized action raised my subscription fee 4x. I have been evaluating this app for 2 weeks and am now in my 1st week of paid time. They are still unable to fix the reported issues. This company appears immature and unorganized. They sell, sell, sell and spam, spam, spam! But they have VERY POOR customer service and follow-through on support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Set up is a mess.
