I like that I can email receipts and Fyle merges them automatically with expenses. The reimbursement and management aspects are very good. **What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?** Not really any. It gets a littly wonky on certain expenses like separating tips into a separate items. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a user, it is a simple tool for reporting my expenses and getting reimbursement. ### 37. This makes it easy to spot any fraudalent activity. Integration was super easy and it only took about 10 mins to set up my account. Submitting expenses is super easy and I am able to do it from my computer, or simply by sending a picture of the reciept to the phone number provided - this has proven very beneficial if I am out of the office and do not want to try and keep track of multiple reciepts for expenses. This has also been easier for our accoutning team as the expenses come to them already GL coded and they do not have to track people down needlessly. This is something that I use almost daily, so a clean and efficient UI is a huge bonus. **What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?** The only downside I can see for some businesses is the cost, however, this can be offset by keeping people with corporate cards accountable and helps track all purchases. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is greatly reducing the time it takes for our accounting department to track down all credit card payments and their accompanying receipts. For me the biggest benefit is no longer needing to keep a physical copy of a charge slip to be submitted at month's end and reduces the possibility of a receipt being lost and unable to match with the credit card statement. This tool also helps me track any potential fraud charges by sending me a text with each charge. ### 38. That way I never lose a receipt and I don't have to go searching for it. I also like that I can use it on my phone or on my desktop. **What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?** Some of the ways that charges become "incorrect" or "flagged" are a little confusing, or unclear. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its allowing me to file my receipts immediately and not be working about losing them when I am on a business trip. This is a helpful reminder to take and upload a picture of my receipt. I really like that I can reply to the text with an image of my receipt that is connected to the app. Overall, it's just really intuitive and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?** There isn't a whole lot to dislike about Fyle. Sometimes I feel like there are repeated charges which isn't helpful. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fyle is helping me solve the issue of forgetting to upload my receipts. My company used to use a different software for expense management that didn't include any reminders to upload receipts and wasn't connected to my credit card at all. That software was really just a place for me to upload photos. Fyle is connected to my credit card so when I make a purchase, I get an alert reminder me to upload my receipt. This app communicates via email and text which is really helpful. Now I rarely forget. ### 42. It gets the job done. **What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?** I don't like that if a transaction is started and a hold was placed on your card and you cancel an order, the transaction remains. It causes a lot of confusion for employees that don't realize this has happened. THere are a lot of glitches with the software in the mobile app. If you add your receipt before you input your info in the boxes, it would remove some of the required boxes and you cannot under any circumstance access those boxes, unless you log it on a computer. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking purchases of all employees and housing them in one place. App is pretty easy to use and self explanatory. We are a travel company with guides all over the world at different times, so it's especially nice that they can easy submit an expense while on the go. Before Fyle, they had to save all of their receipts & try to remember what each one was for at the end of the trip - everything is running much smoother with expensing thanks to Fyle!! Fyle integration to Quickbooks is prety seamless & we use Fyle on a weekly basis without any issue! Lastly, our account rep offered to do a company wide training so that we could all get the gist at once & is always available to answer any questions we have! **What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?** Honestly, I have not noticed a downside to Fyle. My role is executive assistant for my 2 bosses/founders, & I am able to easily submit all of their expenses along with my own! The only improvement feature that would help me out would be if I could bulk categorize some of the frequent, repeat expenses (paid ad expenses, software fees, etc.). It would make things go quicker for me if I was able to click on all of the 'same' expenses & fill in the necessary classifying information 1 time, vs. 10 times for the same thing. The work around we've been using is our accountant setting rules for certain repeat expenses that come in which allows most of the information to fill in automatically, but I still have to go into each one & add a description. **What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fyle has changed our old, clunky, and not always fully accurate expensing into an easy to use, seamless experience!! We are a travel company (taking guest to beautiful places around the world!), & Fyle has given our guides the ability to submit their receipts in real time by a simple text, & they no longer need to keep track of their receipts while traveling! They LOVE Fyle! Our office staff has found Fyle to be a much easier, straightforward experience than our previous process of submitting expenses directly in Quickbooks! ### 45.
