**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

What I like most about Sage Expense Management is how proactive it is. Being able to send in receipts through a text thread right after I’m notified of a charge is amazing, and it makes keeping all my work expenses together so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

I do a lot of international travel, so my favorite feature—text thread notifications and sending the associated receipts—doesn’t always work when I’m abroad. Sometimes it’s because cell service is spotty, but more often it’s because the platform can’t read receipts in other currencies.

**What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem this solves for me is getting an in-the-moment reminder to capture receipts. Trying to keep track of a ton of paper receipts and then upload them all at once would be a nightmare, especially on larger work trips with lots of expenses. I also love getting a text whenever my work card is used, because it helps me stay aware of every charge and quickly identify if it was ever used incorrectly.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I really appreciate how easy and intuitive Sage Expense Management is to use. Uploads are quick and the system clearly guides you on what's needed at each step. The attachments and offerings like texting receipts make it very convenient. As soon as I get a receipt from a restaurant, I can snap a picture and submit it right away, and I haven't lost a receipt yet. The ability to email directly from Outlook without having to download receipts saves time. Even though it might save just a minute per receipt, it adds up to saving days in the long run, making the process much easier compared to other platforms I've used. I really enjoy this ease of use and the convenience of Sage.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

My main complaint, which has actually gotten better over the last few times, has been duplicates. There's sometimes when I will submit an expense, but it won't show up on my card for a few days later, and  it struggles to realize that it's the same charge.

**What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sage Expense Management makes filling out expense reports easy and quick. I can snap photos of receipts and submit them immediately, preventing any loss. It keeps me on top of expense reporting and ensures timely, clear submissions for my company.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

Fyle has made expenses management much easier. The platform is easy to use and its automated features keep everything organized.

I love how it simplifies mileage reimbursement. The app uses Google Maps to calculate the distance and applies the correct rate, which is a huge time-saver. It also sends me instant notifications for corporate credit card transactions, making it easy to stay on top of receipts.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

While the user experience is generally great, there are a few minor things that could be more efficient. The process for submitting a report feels a little clunky - you have to click "add expense report" and then go back to submit it, which adds and extra step.

**What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fyle solves the problems of manual and time-consuming expense management. Before Fyle, I spent a lot of time on date entry and tracking down receipts.  Fyle automates receipt capture and mileage tracking, which saves me a significant amount of time and ensures everything is accurate. It keeps all my expenses organized, so I get reimbursed much faster.

Sometimes the texted images to do attach to the expense so I have to delete the original expense from the credit card.

No longer have to keep receipts all month and its a big time saver to complete my expense report compared to other systems we've used in the past.

I like that it is easy to add new mileage and per diems, it makes it easy to keep track of the entries and I like how it notifies me of when the money has been added to my bank account.

I do not like that the per diem checks show the date that I input the entry instead of the date that the per diem is for, I would like it to show the date it is for a little bit more visibly.

Solving the problem of losing track of my reimbursements and making sure that I can get my money back for mileage and gas for work.

Easy to use, good organization/back check of reports, and quick turnaround.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

Sometimes programming issues that require closing out and restarting the expense entry process.  There is no partial save/draft entry on expenses where i can fill out the information i know and come back; 
For example, i enter the job #, description, amount etc but then get to the cost code and its not in the system. I then have to go enter in Procore, then sync back to our ERP which then syncs to Sage. I return and re-enter all the information again plus the newly synced cost code. Minor dislikes, not dealbreakers.

I use Sage Expense Management for receiving checks, logging company expenses, and processing reimbursement monies. I like that it makes it easy to track spending and categorize expenses. The suggested categories are usually correct and make logging faster, adding value by saving me the time from having to double-check.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

Honestly, making the card an American Express locks me out of a lot of stores I'd like to shop at. Also, we've had issues with past expenses not going away or being doubled.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I like how easy Sage Expense Management is to use. I also love that once I make an expense, it gets sent to my phone right away, which makes it efficient, quick, and easy to reimburse. Uploading receipts used to be a problem, but now I get a text the moment I make a purchase, allowing me to upload the receipt instantly and categorize it without even opening the app. Sage was much easier and required less work than Google Sheets, and the initial setup was super easy.

One of the major upsides is being able to text receipts to Sage, specify which GL code to use, and then have it automatically match the receipt to the expense.

Not being able to text pdf receipts. Those have to be uploaded manually as an attachment.

Being able to text a receipt or upload it on the app is saving me so much time when I come to submit my final expense report.

I really appreciate how I can make expense reports for the week of travel I have for work. It is easy for me to review my weeks and reimbursements using the expense reports.

When I try to edit or add an expense in my expense reports from a previous week, then the date that the reimbursement is the day it was edited and not the day that the expense incurred. I do not love that it seems I am attempting to reimburse expenses for multiple days in one edited day.

I like how I can quickly take a picture of the receipt and upload it. It saves me time logging expenses so I do not have to manually track them. I do not have to hold onto receipts for weeks at a time—the uploaded picture handles the receipt for expense tracking. The initial setup of Sage Expense Management was extremely easy. I enjoy using the app.

Well, sometimes, the posted amount of the charge is incorrect, and prior to a recent change within the app, I was allowed to correct the amount charged as pending to the actual amount to be charged.

Sage Expense Management saves me time by logging expenses so I don’t have to manually track them. I can quickly take a picture of receipts and upload them, eliminating the need to keep paper receipts for weeks.

There are some transactions that don't need to be processed through Sage, because they are already directly entered into QBO (such as supplier payments or credit card payments) and it can be cumbersome to drill down and remove these as an admin.

I like that it pulls expense data straight from my card so I don't have to worry about forgetting a receipt.

The updates often cause issues. The app will be working perfectly fine, then they'll push an update that causes issues on one or more devices (sometimes Android, sometimes Apple, sometimes both). Then it usually takes weeks to months for them to fix it.

It look time to get used to figuring out where things were. My comapny has two sister brands, OkayAfrica and OkayPlayer. Navigating between the two was confusing but other than that it was easy once I learned

I think Sage Expense Management is easy to use, and the process is pretty seamless. The transition to using Sage Expense Management was quite smooth, and we still get all of our work done well. As a user on the employee side, it was very easy to get set up and get reimbursed.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

I use Fyle through my company, and it has improved our credit card reconciliation process more than I could ever hope. As someone working on tech, a lot of the charges on my credit card are recurring, and Fyle makes it easy to set those up. I also really appreciate the notifications that are sent to my phone when a new charge comes in.

I tend to use my desktop computer when using Fyle, but my coworkers travel frequently and are able to use the app and their phone when they are on the road. It really is the best of all worlds for our team.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

At this point, there is nothing that I don't like about Fyle. It has served us very well.

It allows our team to reconcile our purchases without sending them to our finance director. It empowers all employees to track their purchases, and it can be used on multiple devices, which is great for team members that stay in the office and team members that travel.

I LOVE that I can text a pic of any receipt to Fyle and it will match to the expense -- then, once per week I can log in and submit the final details on all of the receipts that I've accrued. As the head of a department and a steward of company funds, Fyle has made my least favorite part of my job into a simple and efficient task. I use it all the time and I no longer get frustrated when dealing with expense reports. Its so easy to use that I'm able to stay oriented to the system each and every time (meaning I don't have to retrain on how to do it every week).

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

Truly nothing to complain about here - the only thing I hate is that I have to do expense reports at all, and that's not Fyle's fault! Lol

Fyle is making it easier and more efficient to submit receipts and keep track of company expenses. Its also solving the problem of easily categorizing my expenses for my p&l.

I've been using Fyle for approximately one year now.  Fyle continues to make tracking, spending and managing spending and reimbursements incredibly simple and efficient. The user interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to stay up to date with receipts and expenses. Even after a year, I still appreciate how fast and easy it is to use—it's significantly reduced the time I spend on expense management and lets me focus on more important tasks. Fyle has truly streamlined this part of my workflow, and I’m still enjoying it.

Honestly, I have no dislikes. Fyle has consistently met all my needs and expectations. Everything works seamlessly, and I haven't run into any issues or missing features in my use so far. Fyle continues to make logging and tracking spending an easy task.

We switched from using Expensify to Fyle and it has been a great experience. As someone that travels weekly for work and has a lot of expenses it can be a lot to manage. With the ability to forward, text or upload receipts through the app it makes it a lot easier! I love that I get a text message everytime I do a charge as a reminder to send the receipt! 

My role has changed and I have less expenses than prior, however I still have receipts or even now need personal reimbursements and the process is still just as easy! Love the app, love the text system, love the outlook plug in.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

I have not had any recent issues. My prior issue has been resolved.

**What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fyle is solving the problem that we used to have as a company of not getting our expenses submitted on time. Fyle captures expenses immeditaly and there is no delay, so we are able to submit them in a timely manner and not hold up the finance team.

No need to manually enter amounts, dates, or vendor names. It’s accurate, fast, and saves so much time.

The user interface is clean and intuitive, making the entire experience smooth whether you're on desktop or mobile. For anyone who deals with frequent expense reporting, Fyle takes the headache out of the process and just gets the job done.

Highly recommend it if you're looking for a no-fuss, user-friendly solution for managing receipts and expenses.
