Sometimes it can be hard to navigate the website and I am sure it is just since I am newer to Fyle, but overall I still enjoy the product and it is helpful in tracking company expenses

Very easy and simple to use. Keeps our accountant from having to track down everyones expenses and classify them. We also were able to implement almost over night. I have not even needed to use customer support becuase it's that easy.

The auto submission of expense reports can be tricky depending on when the admin sets up the auto submit date. This isnt anything against Fyle its more internal.

It helps me save money. I submit the receipt for my phone bill. And the information is auto-filled. Then i get a reimbursement sent directly to my bank account.

It can take around 7 days to get the reimbursement.

Fyle is a way to track expenses and get reimbursed for them. Every month I am reimbursed for my phone bill. I took a business trip to Atlanta and was reimbursed for my trip expenses through Fyle also. It is a great way to stay on top of expenses and help manage your spending.

I can't think of any issues!  I think it works well and I'd suggest Fyle to anyone in my network looking for an expense management solution.

The instant text messaging each time I use my company cards. I never forget to take a quick photo of my receipt and enter which project it is being applied. Accounting sees each entry and never has to ask what expenses were for.

I have had a few charges duplicate. It is not difficult to sort these out and it really does not impact the advantages to using Fyle.

> We used to get what our accounting office called "Homework" every month when the credit card statements came out. We would have to go through each charge on our cards and write in which project the charge was associted with. Now "Homework" is a thing of the past saving everyone hours of time and money.

I like how simple the interface is, which helps me focus on my goal: entering and submitting an expense for reimbursement. I also really like it integrates with Slack. I receive notifications when my expense reports are approved and when the money is deposited into my account. It's really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

Sometimes the little widgets on the dashboard, both on desktop and mobile, don't update properly. Meaning, if I submit an expense report, the "Reported" widget doesn't always update automatically causing some confusion.

**What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fyle helps solve the problem of manual reimbursements. I'm so glad that I don't have to email a photo of a receipt to HR or worse, have to take the physical receipt to HR. Fyle makes it super easy to get reimbursed.

The UX is simple and straightforward to use. It removes as much friction as possible and only shows you what's relevant in the moment. It makes it easy to get reimbursed.

It's a little odd that if I have a single expense that I don't need to group with anything else that I have to add it to a report. It's unclear why I can't just submit a one-off expense as-is.

I often have duplicate charges - example: air fare for multiple people. Fyle won't import them since they are the same charge from the same vendor, yet this is a headache.

I like that Fyle integrates right into my email to pull my receipts and all of the information that's on them. As someone who expenses many items each month, this helps me stay organized and move through the expensing process quickly. They create a seamless experience for the user and makes the "one more thing I have to do", not so busy afterall.

I have only had a positive experience so far with Fyle, two thumbs up!

Fyle allows me to just email myself receipts all month long and click one button to have them added to my expense report. This is ensuring that I don't miss any expenses as well as ensures I don't miss my company's timeline each month.

Sometimes it has glitches when if auto reads my receipts and doesn't let me complete my submission. Then I have to do it a few more times.

**What do you like best about Sage Expense Management?**

The SMS receipt attachment features are great-- being notified of an expense and being able to text back a receipt right away keeps paper reciepts from being lost. 

Customer support has been great and they've contined to update features and fix probems.

**What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management?**

I've found many of the features to be pretty clunky. It consistently has difficulty recognizing and matching online vendors whose names are not exact on their receipts (opting instead to create new version of the vendor). With a credit-card account connected for expeneses, it will miss some charges entirely and create expenses for credit card holds that were released and never charged, not allowing you to delete this auto generated expense. You cannot batch edit expenses-- so 12 expenses from the same online account with the same receipt documentation and expense code all need to be edited one-by-one. When using the chrome plug-in to add expenses from email reciepts in gmail, it often pulls incorrect information (date of spend, payment total, etc) resulting in a duplicate expense which you then need to edit and merge. Unlike other programs, Fyle will not recognize patterns in previous coding and suggest them for future expenses (ie: subscriptions that are coded the same way every month).

Overall the features are great ideas but still need some debugging and work to make them smooth, highly successful, and easy to use.

Physical recipt managment! No more lost paper slips. 

And it definitely beats credit card coding by excel sheets across and organization!

When creating a report and purchase, I wish there were an easier way to link the two. I feel like I have to go out of screens and over to others to find what I need.

Creating a report and attaching items is a little weird, but it works well, is fast, and has quick reimbursement.

Quick reimbursement process with many different team members is convenient.  I also love that I can be paid almost immediately after approval. That adding of a bank account for 2 day payment after approval.

The easy to use user experience, mainly on the app. Whenever I have an expense to report on the app, I just simply take a picture & upload to the app. The accounting team is already integrated on the app & have the applicable projects accounted for.
