Payments in Fbb and BigBazaar are seamless and offer cashback points. The advantage of having a reloadable card is amazing. Gets you access to deals as well **What do you dislike about FuturePay?** The app seems slightly outdated, which i tihnk is one area where FuturePay can improve on. Furthermore, allowing some more partner stores along with the BigBazaar and Fbb will be great. Gamifiying points and deals is an open area to discover **What problems is FuturePay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shopping is always easy with FuturePay, getting cashback and deals for using the wallet is a cherry on the cake. This also allows the option to have distinct payment options for shopping, to categorize and identify spending on the stores ### 3. Mostly i purchase in Bigbazars , upon paying bills at Bigbazars i get cashbacks which can be reused almost for all my future payments. Also concessions and good discounts available on products without compromising quality. **What do you dislike about FuturePay?** I feel Future pay is good so far. Yet, UI can be nice and improvised providing rich user experience. And I guess it can be optimised further for slow internet connections. **Recommendations to others considering FuturePay:** Any one can start using it easily without much hazzle, since it provides user friendly app. **What problems is FuturePay solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps for easy transactions and payments being user friendly and promotes digital, contactless and secured way during this pandemic times.
