"Very solid product, indispensable during debugging"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OpsPilot?

This product has saved so much time and effort. It is solid and seems to have little or no impact on the running of our applications. The interface is clean and easy to use, and there are many monitoring options that cover everything we need. The fairly new log archive viewer has also been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

In our case, we have many instances and servers, and the licensing can seem a bit expensive, especially for developer licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Indispensable for monitoring and troubleshooting"
5/5
What do you like best about OpsPilot?

I am constantly monitoring the request times for our production sites. I can quickly drill down into EVERY request / query and fix them as needed. For both production and development, this is literally the best tool I could ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

There are no downsides! I was hired to install several FusionReactor licenses at a University where the FR was not working. But, it was all user error. I was able to quickly remove the old FR, install the new, and have working Ultimate versions very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fusion Reactor: game changer"
5/5
What do you like best about OpsPilot?

The incredible amount of analytics, from site performance to the database, makes finding and fixing issues of all kinds so much easier than writing log records out to a text file. And there's a step debugger! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

There seems to be a little bit of lag in the debugger, but haven't used it enough to not be sure if it's the product or something we're doing wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One-Stop Shop for Solving ColdFusion Performance Problems"
5/5
What do you like best about OpsPilot?

Fusion Reactor is what you need to troubleshoot performance issues in your Lucee or Java apps rapidly. It's the only product of this price bracket for Lucee development teams.

The Fusion Reactor onboarding team was excellent and very welcoming to the product ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

The agent installation was troublesome, without outdated documentation for Lucee 5.

And the actual sign-up was not streamlined and email notifications came through on an eerily long-delay. This should definitely be re-worked from a UX and marketing POV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Most importan monitor tool for your JVM"
5/5
What do you like best about OpsPilot?

The ability to see what is going on inside the JVM. Also, the request history and request error log are instrumental to pinpoint issues with subsystems. When debugging slow requests we can easily see if the databases have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

It IS expensive, but the Integral team works hard to build the best monitoring system. Any production system needs this. I would like a free license for localhost deployment, simply as my developers need to see what is going on in the sprint when they add features or fix bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Development and Performance Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about OpsPilot?

FusionReactor is great to leave running and it will send alerts if your applications are not working correctly or if something is wrong with the server. It also will help you troubleshoot performance issues by showing you your slowest requests. You can drill into them and hopefully make changes that will speed up the application. Lastly, I love using the product in my development environments. It has helped me look at those "will the page should have done this or that, and it does not. Something that logs and other forms of testing take more time. These are the 3 main ways I use the product daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

So, this one is hard. Of course one of the things is price, not that it is overpriced at all just having to get the expense approved. Still a great value. To me the cloud version is nice but I still do more troubleshooting with the on-prem. Hopefully, I will learn more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
