Accessing a production instance FusionReactor console is a bit problematic but mainly because of network configuration use of load balancers but I feel this can be overcome with some more thought and since the cloud service provides most of what we need anyways, we rarely need to remote into an instance to view the full feaytured FusionReactor console. I started with FusionDebug in 2013 as a means to add interactive dubugging to Eclipse. Then, when we started using VSCode, I needed an alternative and FusionReactor was the solution!

I practically live on the web metrics page. The graphs are informative and in real time and it's a great tool to watch your app as it works. But the most powerful part is being able to drill down on slow requests.

Whenever there is a reported issue with one of our ColdFusion apps, the first thing we turn to is Fusion Reactor to see what is going on. We like the dashboard that shows the overall load and what requests are occurring. We tend to get stuck requests and the "kill thread" feature doesn't usually work. While this is probably not an issue with FusionReactor itself, having the feature present and not work isn't great.
