We already featured FusionChart graphs in our back office GUI but it was the old Flash library. Approaching the demise of Flash we purchased a license for the new HTML5 library and not being involved directly in the development work, the transition was smooth and turned out to be a lot quicker than first estimated. Nothing much to dislike... Sure there are lower priced and even free libraries out there, whose features would probably have been more than sufficient for our limited use, but the work involved in switching out the old library for something completely new would have easily cost much more than this license. Also probably the end result wouldn't have looked as good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
they look really professional, and there is a lot of diversity. We have a lot of charts that we use, and they're very helpful in displaying our data in just the right way so that its easily understood. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't know. I'm not the one who implements them, so I don't know how difficult they are to use. I guess it would be better if configuration was a little easier to understand. Sometimes we struggle to understand all the metrics in each graph and how to apply them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the fact that there are a lot of customization possibilities, elegant maps, and graphics, it is easy to expand with custom descriptions and custom functionality when a user taps a section of a chart. I like the option to include a list of several choices for transferring maps to various multiple formats with only a few code lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the performance of the on-line documents is unclear. Often the examples are simple and detailed and complemented by a functioning code at CodePen but still, the definitions are vague and do not provide examples or include pieces of code, but still not enough to give a complete working example. Amazing performance, can draw charts with 1 million data within ~2 seconds.
Very less learning curve.
Responsive.
Easy to integrate with any tech stack.
Amazing support assistance.
Low maintenance charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing thats coming to my mind now.. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The variety and how easy they are to use. Can also play with them in Codepen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Finding some of the more detailed settings was a little difficult to find. It would also be great if they had examples with those detailed settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are using FusionCharts Suite for our products dashboard, as such we needed solution that is simple to implement, powerful and complete as we wanted to provide both graphs, gauges and maps with similar look & feel FusionCharts gives all of that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like to have the ability to add more markers on the graphs [event points for an example] Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a non-CS person, I needed a solution that my developers could use to quickly generate visualizations based on user feedback or for new publications. We went the route of D3 / NVD3 / custom libraries, but the process was always time-consuming and expensive. FusionCharts is a much more cost-effective and efficient solution that also produces very good results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few chart types that are not available, and a few limitations in terms of chart features not working with certain chart types. We licensed the source code, but that actually doesn't seem to have provided us with the flexibility we were hoping for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a developer I can say that FusionCharts is one of the easiest plugin integrations that I've handled in recent years. I use it for our very large marketing platform and have made many framework plugins to utilize the charts and maps. If you need an elegant solution that also will implement quickly. I highly recommend FusionCharts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative that I can say about my FusionCharts licensing is that you don't get all of their options with a single license. I would prefer it all to be included at a single cost rather than add-ons to a license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The easy way you can integrate a J2EE application with FusionCharts SUITE, its a good, afordable, pretty and usefull tool, we have tried a bunch of graphics API and definitely fusion chats is on the Top of these one, the support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be better if you can buy all the suite instance of each product separately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Besides having a comprehensive set of charts they are all very flexible. This means we can tailor charts according to the most complex business requirements to display information effectively while relying on a robust chart library that can handle all ranges of data. With the latest versions of FusionCharts where themes can be applied and everything is configured with json we don't have anything to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We could find every imaginable chart in this library. The charts are easy to configure and lots of settings are available which allowed us to customize the look and feel. Best of all, the technical support team is quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We would have liked a pivot table component in the suite. This would make FusionCharts a complete library for building dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A good suite of good-looking charts. Very easy to embed into webpages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a little bit of a learning curve involved in getting the data into the charts. Not too bad, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quick response about my enquiries was the better thing, apart from the quality of the charts. Really recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no way to use at server side (in a web-service) without using third party components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have a whole bunch of charts with surprisingly good documentation that helped us a lot in deciding which chart to use and where. And the support we received was incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Didn't face any issues as such. Although, there's still room for better looking, more interactive charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration into my current EMR, accounting and scheduling software was a breeze. Allows for custom reports to be generated on whatever timeframe I desire. Allows for charts to be generated from my iphone, ipad, desktop or laptop where ever I am. As I travel frequently for work this allows me to generate custom reports for specific clients while working contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A little resource heavy however as it only is being ran in demand I do not see this as a huge issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
