"Well built in depth application, huge framework.. would be nice to get better support"
4/5
What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

The amount of customisation allowed us to match the complexities of our business needs.

Inbuilt tables and logic is also very good. I like the frequent updates to the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

Troubleshooting is complex, for example - sometimes the issue ends up being a setting hidden deep inside, like in a checkbox somewhere.

Support team is not very helpful sometimes.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Lapezo of Fusion Risk Management

What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

The System is highly configurable, and easy to review the data and perform analysis on them. Brings everything together a high level but can get as detailed and granular as you want. Reports can be generated to provide to management with a more detailed report that can be provided to individual contributors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

I feel the Inherent Risk Rating and MAD ratings can be really helpful for clients as per their different category requirements. Also, the calculations done behind based on the formulas in flows are handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

I don't think Fusion Framework System has any specific downsides, but only the built flows are a little difficult to understand. We can learn that with more use cases in future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fusion Risk Management is a powerful and flexible business continuity and disaster recovery tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

We have tremendous flexibility with the look and feel of page layouts. We can visually see dependencies across the enterprise. We have a central repository now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

A blank slate. If you like what the tool can offer, take the Admin classes before implementation, not as part of the implementation process. Also, user groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Iyla Dizechi of Fusion Risk Management

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad that Fusion has allowed your organization flexibility for your page layouts. We also appreciate your feedback regarding Fusion's implementation process. What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

Very relational, powerful, applicable for all that we need to manage and have oversight across the highly matrixed organization. This allows greater risk oversight as well and forecasting for potential issues that may arise, trend analysis, event monitoring and documenting for historical or audit purposes, etc. Controlled access to the information allows for targeted groups to see varying data elements and reports or dashboards of interest only to them. The power of the Salesforce platform allows for linking varying data sources into the framework of Fusion and while keeping those information sources cleaner and more pure at their origin, the data in Fusion is continually current and relevant for users in the system as well as the outputs provided by Fusion with regard to plans, rosters, reports, and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

The tool is a bit cumbersome at the beginning and a little intimidating, however, partnering with the Fusion team, the work done on the front end ultimately leads to a product that will serve the organization in the best manner possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Lapezo of Fusion Risk Management

"Excellent product and excellent support"

What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

Flexibility to customize elements for your BC program. Ability to collect all data from various sources in a single platform while maintaining their relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

At times, there are too many options and flexibility to customize, so when new features are added, it is not always easy to convert/migrate to new environment. Needing to use conga for printouts requires Fusion help (not a core admin task that should be necessary). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Iyla Dizechi of Fusion Risk Management

Thank you for your great feedback! We're happy to hear that Fusion has been able to meet your business continuity needs for your organization. We are currently in the process of providing a more guided experience for our customers during the implementation process to make the customer experience more seamless and less complicated for new users.
