What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

Centralized repository of information, from the risk taxonomy to key risk indicators data and vendor contacts. Makes collaboration with users easy and building reports is efficient with the relationship fields they have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

Reporting has limitations as we can only relate a limited number of objects. Dashboard graphics design is not that customizable; there are color limitations for the home dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

I found the task assignment most helpful in the tool. I appreciate the ability to sort through tasks strictly assigned to myself as well the tasks that are completed versus still open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

I've had a lot of trouble generating PDFs in the tool. I believe this is an error within the code and I am working with a rep to resolve this. It would have been even better if the rep reached out sooner; it took a long time to find someone to help with this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

The Fusion Framework System is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. I am not versed in the world of coding, but Fusion's setup allows me to make the changes I need quickly and easily. The Fusion Framework System has allowed us to streamline our Business Continuity Program, which has created a more positive experience for both the admins and planners. "Extremely Customizable"

What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

That we are able to configure the platform exactly how we want to in order for our plan owners to be able to go into the platform once a year and still understand their roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

The main issue we've had is just with Fusion support. It took a couple of months to get a request completed that should've only taken a couple of weeks. In the end we got it taken care of but we had to push pretty hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fusion Framework"

What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

Plainly seeing all interdependencies between the BIAs and the Applications/components. It's fantastic to be able to logically arrange all data, rather than having multiple spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the build and roll-out of the software & making it work for the user/customer's needs should be a bit more indepth. not sure if we had a less than great experience but felt rushed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Again, being able to see the BIA and dependencies, RTO's, Gap Analysis and so on is fantastic. This can allow us to see all critical app dependencies for BIA processess and work out gaps/risks. We are still in the build stage really so not much end benefit yet, but providing we get the correct buy in and usage i can see huge benefits for the business. What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

Ease of use, intuitive reporting and views of information. The community is very active and helpful and the product is at the forefront of the evolution of resiliency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

Lightning is not set up for extracting pictures of dashboards to use for client reporting in PPT which we do a lot of and worked well in classic.

Some of the data views can get a bit overwhelming.

Obtaining dashboard pictures is still difficult to perform and we need to go back to classic only for that purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fusion Framework System:

Be disiplined with your source of data and data modeling. Limit free form text and unstructured data as much as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manual BC and DR plans and overall limited resiliency practice.

Automation, streamlining of efforts and much less administrative work and more insightful conversations with businesses on their true risk and ways to mitigate.
