## Fusion Framework System Reviews
  ### 1. A Reliable Platform for BCM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GeraltOfEden Y. | Infosec analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The best aspect of the Fusion Framework System is that it consolidates various resilience and risk management capabilities—including business continuity, crisis and incident management, IT/security risk, and third-party risk—into a single, centralized platform.
I also appreciate the clear visibility it provides into business dependencies; it helps teams understand how systems, suppliers, sites, and operations are interconnected, as well as where single points of failure or operational risks might exist. It allows us to customize the tool to our organization's specific needs without requiring extensive coding knowledge. As a low-code platform, it enables easy configuration tailored to organizational requirements.

Another key feature is that it is built on the Salesforce platform, which supports integration and makes it an attractive choice for organizations already utilizing a Salesforce-based ecosystem that seek connected workflows and shared data.

Overall, the standout benefit is that it moves beyond static documentation, offering teams a more interactive, visual, and actionable way to assess risk, enhance resilience, and make better decisions during disruptions.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

The main drawbacks are the learning curve, tricky permissions/security settings, and customization effort. I also dislike that new interface updates are not auto-enabled; customers must ask the AM/CSM and may pay extra for upgrades that should be standard software improvements.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Framework System solved the challenge of conducting BIAs across the organization in a more structured and efficient way. Previously, we managed the process in Excel, which was manual and difficult to scale. After adopting this tool, the workflow became much easier, more streamlined, and improved our performance in conducting BIAs and collaborating with stakeholders.

The introduction of new features and constant improvements enhance the system’s flexibility and allow me to leverage it for a diverse array of tasks, accommodating ever-changing requirements and the perpetual need for advancement. The ability to utilize these new capabilities significantly improves our processes. Additionally, the initial setup, although time-consuming, paved the way for smooth onboarding and training. The availability of numerous tutorials further simplifies mastering the capabilities of the system, ultimately making its adoption seamless.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

I find some of the functionalities of the Fusion Framework System to be a bit slow to use initially.

  ### 3. Robust Enterprise Resiliency with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** keith k. | IT Disaster Recovery Lead

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I appreciate how the Fusion Framework System integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, offering a robust platform that outperformed our previous considerations. The setup was straightforward, aided by an excellent support team providing consistent assistance. The AI-based Infusion Uploader significantly reduces manual labor by 30%, enhancing efficiency in creating business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Additionally, the connectors to ServiceNow, Workday HR, and SalesPoint iQ streamline data integration and improve identity management.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

I find that the current exercise capability in the Fusion Framework System does not meet our requirements, especially when we conduct exercises for disaster recovery. It requires a lot of manual overhead to import legacy exercises, which is inefficient. Having the infusion AI uploader available for exercises would significantly improve processes by allowing us to bring those processes in without manually recreating them.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product connects departmental capabilities, ensuring seamless data integration and communication, which helps us prioritize tasks and identify gaps. It reduces manual labor by 30% using AI and facilitates identity management and data import from ServiceNow and Workday.

  ### 6. Fusion Framework System Evaluation Report

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajay Y. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

What I like best about the Fusion Framework System is its flexibility and configurability. It allows organizations to tailor risk and resilience processes according to their unique business needs without heavy customization or coding. The user interface is intuitive, and the integration capabilities across business continuity, risk management, and incident response provide a centralized, real-time view of organizational risk. The automation of workflows and robust reporting tools significantly enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

While the Fusion Framework System offers strong flexibility and integration features, one area that could be improved is its learning curve for new users. Due to the system’s extensive configurability, it can feel overwhelming at first without proper training. Additionally, some users have noted that advanced reporting or dashboard customization can require technical expertise or support from Fusion, rather than being fully self-service. Occasional performance lags during heavy data loads or complex workflows can also affect the user experience.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Fusion Framework System is solving the challenge of siloed risk and continuity management by centralizing key resilience functions—like business continuity, risk assessment, incident management, and ITDR—into a single, integrated platform.

This has benefited us in several ways:

Improved visibility and decision-making: With real-time data and dashboards, leadership can quickly assess risks and make informed decisions during disruptions.

Streamlined workflows: Automated tasks and notifications have reduced manual effort, increased consistency, and improved response times across teams.

Audit readiness and compliance: The system helps us maintain clear documentation and traceability, making regulatory audits smoother and less time-consuming.

Enhanced collaboration: Stakeholders across departments now work from the same data source, minimizing miscommunication and delays.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review, Ajay! We’re glad to hear that the platform’s flexibility and integration are driving value for your organization. We appreciate the feedback on usability and reporting, and we’ll be sure to share it with the team. Thank you for being part of the Fusion community.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin B. | Director of Risk Management Systems, Oil & Energy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

Risk management is one of the most impressive features in Fusion Framework System and I find them exceptional. By integrating it with our systems, it gives us the ability to analyze risk data in a centralized fashion. Dashboards providing real time data with possible layouts are essential for decision making in the company. Certain features such as managing incidents, tracking regulatory compliance as well has made processes to become simpler and improve our overall risk management strategy.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

An area that Fusion Framework System could consider revising is the graphical user interface because it is rather medley to novice users. This has made the learning process of the team slow and required more training to get familiar and utilize all the features of the app. Moreover, the software has virtually every setting adjustable, with their administration time consuming and sometimes requiring professional level knowledge. Such factors have at times limited ability to fully unlock value from the software capabilities as desired.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Framework System addresses the strategic issues of risk management and regulatory compliance. We have found that its centralized risk data and the real time risk monitoring capabilities from queriable dashboards have revolutionized the decision making tools at our firm. Altogether, Fusion Framework System improves our risk management approaches and compliancy with rules and regulations that result in the strengthening of the actual operational setting.

It has improved our capacity in handling projects as well as better handling of incidents by increasing the efficiency of the processes.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

My main concern with Fusion Framework System is that from time to time it slows down when other people also use it. This is sometimes very annoying and slows our progress. On the downside, however, some of the performance issues were observed and for a software that has many features, some of the slow support responses sometimes deter the users.

For the management of our projects, I have been using the Fusion Framework System, and I have found it to be very flexible, as we can change the software to meet our specific requirements. Its flexibility is among the most important benefits of this program; it handles changes quickly, making it perfect for dynamic project environments going forward. The experience that I received from the Fusion Community was very good as they would always provide me with some kind of support and an answer whenever I needed help.

Nevertheless, the implementation of the Fusion Framework System was a big time and resources consuming project. Despite that it is quite flexible, the program can be difficult to configure and maintain including updating the risk management framework.

**Reviewed by:** Santiago G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I've been developing mobile apps professionally for a while now, and I have to say, the Fusion Framework System is a really handy tool to have. The best thing about it if you ask me is that it's so customizable - I can tweak my programs every which way to match up with practically any changes that come down the pike. And looking into the future, that flexibility means whatever projects I'm working on now should still be relevant later.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

now, it does have some downsides that I've run into. The learning curve on Fusion, especially for people new to these kinds of complex platforms is pretty steep. It takes a lot of effort to really harness all its advanced capabilities.

But when it comes to solving problems, I'd say Fusion has been a total game-changer for my workflow. It really streamlines the process so I can finish projects faster. And because it's so adaptable, I can use it to take on all kinds of different projects instead of needing a million different tools.

  ### 30. Complete Data, Actionable Plans using the Fusion Risk Management platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie Ann S. | Senior Manager, Operational Resilience, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

In my over 20 years of business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis/incident management program development and leadership, Fusion Risk Management is one of the most flexible platforms for building and connecting the data elements critical to useful plans. The platform allows for robust customization and alignment with industry standards. By being able to structure fields and data, it is easy for day-to-day users to provide important risk information without being bogged down with too many details. The reporting functionality, especially in the build-out of dynamic dashboards is one of the best ways to engage partners and “tell the story” about why planning is so important to the strategic direction of a company. This elevates the program objectives from the simple “I have a plan in the trunk of my car” to “I have a plan that helps me define, mitigate and reduce risk”. Partners, ranging from business prospects, regulators, auditors, and company management and employees can see the value of a program through reporting that speaks to their area of focus. With such a heavy focus now on operational resilience and the convergence of disciplines through data, Fusion is perfectly positioned to build an integrated set of data that services the objectives of all the risk families within a company.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

The area where I see the most potential for enhancement is in partnering during implementation, with a heavy focus on data construction and integration. Unfortunately, many companies have understaffed programs. To truly use Fusion as “a member of the team” the structure of data is critical to success. This, of course, presents a bit of a quandary as the implementation team is there to deliver what the client needs. Perhaps more focus could be placed on partnering new implementors with mentor program owners in order to best harness the power a platform like Fusion brings to the table.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarity - through well-structured data, we are able to connect important business services to gain a clear picture of risks, dependencies, and strategies
Engagement - using a flexible platform and easy-to-use interface, companies can involve process owners in continuous updates - as the business changes, it is reflected in the plans
Accessibility - dynamic reporting allows program owners and planners to delve into and focus on key areas of risk seeing the span of impact across the entire enterprise

As a system administrator for Fusion it is very easy to update and make changes to the system with it being built on a salesforce platform. It is customizable, easy to use, and everything connects together easily. The user interface allows for easy use of the system as well. Customer support has never been an issue.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The foremost features that i like about Fusion are its nice clean interface, ease of navigation, ability to link data objects across domains and flexibility in generating and presenting reports and dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

The devil is in the details, so it is likely available if you want information about something (which is not necessarily a bad thing!). Depends on how much you would like to be displayed. The view can get cluttered if you have lot of information turned on by default.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are onboarding our manual program onto Fusion and it is interesting to see how it will help us analyze all the data around different BCM activities. With frequent business/organizational changes, it is easier to update data in one place and let Fusion take care of all the interdependencies. It definitely saves time in having to update multiple manual documents/repositories.

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

Effective, customizable, collaborative, and easy-to-use risk management platform that can be tailored to your organization's exact needs for risk functions regarding Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

The System Administrator training was provided too early in the implementation stage of the platform. Because users have not entered into the platform and are new to the tool, some advanced features shown in the training session are not as applicable in comparison to when users have become more familiar with the tool during/after the implementation stage.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion bridges the gap in terms of organization and overall management of our organization's core risk management functions within a user-friendly and efficient platform.

  ### 46. One of the best systems I've used in the past 15+ years

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fritz K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The Fusion Framework system is a very powerful and flexible system to manage your risk needs. Utilizing the Salesforce platform the system is able to manage data and provide insightful analysis and reporting. The systems is highly customizable and can be easily set up to meet the needs of any program, large or small for companies of any size. This includes those with complex organizational and operational structures.
I appreciate the ability to make customizations on my own and the support that I receive from Fusion's online help and personnel.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

There isn't much to dislike about the system. If anything, it can be a bit overwhelming to understand the available options and make decisions about how to best utilize the system to meet the needs of your program and your organization.
Fortunately, Fusion has an excellent team of staff and consultants to guide you through the onboarding process. Theses resources remain available to you, at a reasonable cost, for any reconfiguration required to meet the needs of your business or organization.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once the data has been entered, the system allows us to quickly understand how processes, systems, and equipment are linked and the dependencies between the various elements that make up our company. We were able to utilize data stored in other systems and easily migrate it into the Fusion system. This took some work on the back end but at the end of the process. It was much more efficient than having to go back and manually update data in the newly acquired system.
The ability to quickly understand process and system dependencies and see them visually helps our company be more efficient in our continuity and resilience work and allows the company to quickly understand the impact of a business interruption no matter where it occurs in the organization.

  ### 47. Fusion is a powerful tool and can be integrated in any program no matter how mature you are.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The ability to visually see the dependency mapping between processes, applications, plans, vendors, and etc.

The ability it to automatically apply changes to a plan seamlessly and have it reflect realtime.

The ability to create workflows to caputre metrics, key data points, and drive compliance.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Lack of or NO documentation provided by the Fusion Implementation team -- describing each customized field, object, workflow -- explaining "the why" it was built that way.

Too many customized options - once you go down a rabbit hole, it leads to more complexity.

Anyone new coming in (as an admin) will need to be spend several hours understanding why certain objects and records were built a certain way and how it's being used. This creates frustration and then end up having to redo or rebuild.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving away from spreadsheets and word documents for plan development and BIAs. Centralizing data and being able to easily map dependencies, create reports and dashboards.

**Official Response from Iyla Dizechi:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear that your organization has been able use Fusion's dependency mapping and automatic workflows to help your organization see what's happening in real-time. We are currently in the process of providing a more guided experience for our customers during the implementation process to make the customer experience more seamless and less complicated for new users. We will be sure to share this feedback with the team!

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The flexibility to create a supportive application for the company's BC/DR/Resiliency program. It can be as large or as small to meet the definition / growth of the company's program.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Some companies look at and/or purchase the FFS because they think it is a 'plug & play' application and it will CREATE their company's BC/DR/Resiliency program.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

(1) Ease of creating & maintaining BC (COOP) plans as well as DR/Resiliency Playbooks. Updates & formatting can be customized, yet the template (conga) can define the output to be presented consistently between all plans/playbooks. (2) Data integration / sharing with other applications to ensure system of truth for each field.

  ### 50. Fusion is a great system for addressing and mitigating risks and handling critical situations.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The Fusion Framework has many essential functions out of the box. But being built on the Salesforce platform, the user has a lot of flexibility to customize his system to meet his/her needs.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Some of the Fusion-managed objects have limitations on customization, so if you need a feature, you will need to recreate them with a new custom object. Other than that, there are limitations with the underlying platform Salesforce, some of which can be overcome but at great expense.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us define, quantify, and visualize risk in the company. We're currently using it for cyber and information security assessments to get a quick view of where we are deficient. We also use it to manage contingency planning, where we can make rapid changes to plans and push them out to the plans they apply to.
