Ability to run robust reports and dashboards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System? You can't use the out of the box and have to customize. This becomes cumbersome to manage. Also, there is no documentation provided on the customization work, decisions why the customer wanted it a certain way and what fusion did to configure it, etc. In addition, when we built out our guided workflow, there were so many workflow errors, backend limitations that it became frustrating for both the end-user and the admins. We spent a ton of hours trying to fix it -- not efficient use of our time. Bottom line, the ongoing problems with GWF are due to shortcomings in Fusion's configurations and platform and they need to be addressed appropriately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The mapping capabilities are critical to really get a better picture of an entire organization instead of a siloed approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System? As a new customer, the building process is brutal. Completing the "user stories" without much support from the Fusion onboarding team is a challenge. We want an out of the box solution, so more emphasis needs to be placed on exactly what are the best practice solutions that customers are using. What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a complex, manufacturing organization in multiple countries. The interdependencies between sites are common. The BC approach that was inherited when joining the company was siloed. There has been zero visibility to interdependencies and the lack of ability to build resilience. Flexibility, can be applied to also any risk based situation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System? Unless you have a team of BC-DR-Risk practitioners it you may not be able to fully exploit the software. You have to be prepared to either after you brought the system in house to further customize it and spend Fusion dollars to customize it. In order to get good at doing things like custom reports, ad hoc reporting, custom templates, adding or modifying fields you have to be in the product on a regular basis. If you are a small shop, there is no way to do you normal day-to-day activities and successfully use Fusion RM. This product is great for a larger enterprise but even then be prepared to allocated 1/2 FTE to evolving the system for your enterprise. The best use of Fusion RM would be for a company to commit to using the product in several areas so that you can leverage the tool in multiple areas; such as, risk mgmt, vendor management, audit, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
