The start up of this program was very lengthy and required many different entities to navigate. We were conducting a clinical study and needed a strong, user-friendly application that could help us collect patient data on a daily and routine basis. To do this, we used the Fusion eclinical application. I can guarantee that this application has given us satisfaction, both as managers and as participants. This application even enabled us to make up for missing or even forgotten data. Updates are made regularly.This application can be used on smartphones and computers.

You have to answer a query every time you change data. If you are using your laptop touch pad and fat finger a drop down menu you will have to answer a query. All of the questions are not present on the eCRFs. You have to answer questions to get more questions. That means that you have to wait on the EDC to load the questions, you can potentially save a page without answering all of the questions because they took too long to load, you have to do lots of extra clicking because you have to constantly click in the white space to see if another question will load.

It was difficult to use in the beginning when learning how it worked. If I inputted an error, I would have to call the study sponsor or IT to unlock it so I could correct.
