**What do you like best about Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions?**

Fusion has a very large and robust services offering and is able to meet most if not all client needs and provide custom solutions for all connectivity and data needs. Their provisioning and implementation teams are extremely knowledgeable and always ahead of the order, making installation of new services  seamless and easy.  Integrating their services into an existing framework is usually very easy. Their services also host more features and options than most carriers, making their solutions more custom than cookie cutter.  

Additionally, their support teams and especially tier 2+ techs are extremely knowledgeable and are able to handle issues in a timely manner.

Their billing platforms are somewhat cumbersome  and the invoices are not always very easy to go through.  They need better management reporting on the invoices, so users can find pertain information quickly

Fusion connect is provisioning voice solutions through multiple platforms, CISCO, HOSTED, SIP, MS TEAMS.  Addionaly it is providing DIA and Data solutions utilizing multiple underlying carriers to ensure complete coverage

To be honest, there isn’t anything I strongly dislike about Fusion Connect. However, from what I’ve seen, one challenge is that because the company is constantly innovating and expanding its services, it may require employees to continuously adapt and learn new systems quickly. I don’t see this as a negative, though—it’s more of an opportunity to grow, and I actually enjoy learning and keeping up with new technologies

I have been using Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions for a year for pots replacement, and the transition was seamless and easy. The service has significantly improved connectivity by replacing inefficient copper lines, which has been a major advantage. I appreciate the cost savings that Fusion Connect brings to my operations, which aligns well with my cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, the internal team at Fusion Connect has been fantastic; their support and professionalism are a big factor in my positive experience. This positive engagement with the team and the smooth transition process make me confident in recommending the service and considering its continued use. I rated my likelihood to recommend it a perfect ten out of ten.

Reliability!  Our business has had multiple circuits - both voice and data along with SIP for almost 10 years and the uptime is remarkable!

At first we had some challenges with the back office billing but that has since been resolved.

We can make changes easily via their portal for all of our user's DIDs.  This is so much better than waiting for a tech support person to do this.  Although, if we have any problems (which we have very few), Fusion's tech support is highly responsive and efficient.

The initial sales engagement was responsive, and documentation was provided quickly at the beginning of the process.

Implementation stalled for months with no completed number port despite providing full porting information and following up repeatedly. Communication was inconsistent, ownership was unclear internally, and the only consistent activity during this period was billing. After discontinuing the service due to non-performance, we were issued an early termination fee despite the service never being delivered.

the Tech support teams are great. Very promptly response and easy deal with. Fusion has nice portal to deal with and monitors. The reports are details.

Financial Team is very bad, ticket very long to resolve and no follow up before they close it. I bring up this issue to manager team multiple times. The add on fee are high. fees could easily top 30% of total. Choice of ISP is limited. Communication regarding maintenance on ISP is lacking.

The support team stayed consistently responsive and professional throughout our porting process. We were managing multiple carriers, including Puerto Rico numbers, and Fusion Connect helped us coordinate all cutovers with clear timelines and resources. Their portal and documentation were straightforward, and any technical issues we encountered were resolved before the port dates. The transition from our legacy provider went smoothly with minimal downtime.

Nothing stood out as negative so far. The process of porting the numbers over was well supported and any hiccups in the deployment plan were addressed quickly and efficiently. Their team followed through to get us moved over and reach our deadline even when we had internal delays on our end.

Fusion Connect allowed us to integrate VoIP services directly into Microsoft Teams, giving users a seamless calling experience within a platform we already rely on. Unlike our previous provider, we weren’t forced into licensing more users than we actually needed, which helped us optimize our IT budget and scale more efficiently.

There is an opportunity for ongoing improvements, such as introducing more processes to diagnose issues more quickly, adopting best practices, and adding further settings or configurations to enhance resiliency.

WAN circuit aggregation (survey, acquisition, implementation, and billing) has been a huge value-add.  Having a "one stop shop" to help interact with various internet service provider and all related billing has been extremely helpful as we continue with expansion across the country.

I like the level of customization that I have to configure my users and devices from the portal. If I'm not sure how to do something, the Fusion Connect team gets me the information I need. If I need urgent assistance, it's very easy to call in and speak to a technician who can help.

Some aspects of the portal feel clunky and out of date. I've encountered features that were not functioning, or seen mentions of utilities in knowledge articles that no longer existed. There seems to be a disconnect between tech support and sales staff; when I have support cases that generate new orders or service upgrades I often have to resupply sales staff with information that has already been provided.

Fusion Connect solves the burden of growing our phone and user network into new sites. The seamless plug and play nature of the handset configurations helps accommodate business workflows that are actively restructuring and evolving every day. during the initial setup the fusion connect staff was in regular contact with quick check-ins via video calls as well as emails.  They worked through any issues with our previous provider as well as the new setup.  The ease of integration with MS Teams was the biggest feature for our team.  I really enjoyed working with their team in this process and would recommend this to anyone looking for the features they offer.

There are mutliple management accounts which feel like they could be combined for ease of use on the administration side.

They were responsive to my questions.  There were minimal issues in migrating thousands of numbers and many sites.  Any technical issues were resolved promptly.

**What do you like best about Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions?**

We rely on and use Fusion services everyday and have not regretted or move to thier services. Integrating thier services with our equipment be it PRI hadnoff or a data circuit handoff is always super easy.

Fusions strong point is thier customer service. With them I always get fast responses and resolutions. We have 54 rooftops and the telecom services can be headache but Fusion helps us stay on top of everything. When contracts are up they shop the best underlying carrier to help keep our costs down. Without them I would be forced to hire someone  just to manage all of our telecom services.

One of the Fusion services we enjoy the most is Fusion eFax. The implementation is quick and easy and the service is reliable. By using this service we have been able to eliminate most of our costly POTs lines.

We have experiancedone or two small delays in installation since they utilize underlying carriers and cant always control when Spectrum, ATT, or one of the many other carriers will be available to install.

The order team made it easy to prepare our new circuit requirements and get them ordered, and the implementation team was fantastic. Fusion is very cost effective and meets all the needs of a small to mid sized business. We started with Fusion as our first "contact center" setup and they made the process very fluid and informative. The aesthetic and setup are easy to navigate and work with as a beginner. We are now upgrading to a more advanced system, also with Fusion. We appreciate the options provided to meet our knowledge level.

Customer service after launch is cumbersome. Time delays and having to use a ticket portal rather than talk to an expert is frustrating. Issues are (eventually) always resolved.

The sales, implementation, and training teams are awesome, always a pleasure to work with.  You can't beat the knowledge, dedication, ability to transfer knowledge and overall customer service of Ashley Cole and Kim Roberts.  And when it comes to training, Billy Fisher is excellent as well, very knowledgable and knows how to impart the right amount of information to the right audience.

It doesn't keep us from using either service but I wish fax and texting services were natively integrated and tied to same phone number.  It could be Teams Phone restrictions but definitely "nice to have" features.

-Excessive resistance from customer support to speak to a representative with decision-making power
-Little to no communication from anyone while tickets are being investigated.  Emails / prompts to follow up on tickets leads to more tickets being created (with and without your permission) which resets Fusion Connects mandatory 30-day wait period for a response
-Customer service representatives do not have information needed to answer questions, and they will deny all attempts to speak to someone then or to schedule a call with someone else to get your questions answered.  They tell you that they will make a ticket and someone will email (not call or speak with you) you a response that you can then respond to, likely leading to another ticket being created.  The process for talking to anyone with the proper knowledge and authority is unecessarily frustrating.
-Service orders will be automatically renewed without explicit permission.  Our company signed a three-year service order in 2017 that expired in 2020, only to find out that the service order was silently renewed annually and we have been paying for services that we haven't used in over a year.  Attempts to cancel this contract mean you have to pay an early termination fee which they calculate based off of the remaining time on your contract, meaning you are essentially just paying for the rest of the contract up front.

Fusion Connect (or MegaPath before they were bought by Fusion Connect) was our previous wifi provider and we used them to extend out internet into various access points.  We stopped using their service when we moved locations as their product was not meeting our needs currently.

Fusion Connect is good when it is working.  I really like the CHAT option.

It may take some time and several calls for a problem to be resolved.  At times it is hard to under the support rep with their heavy accent.  Lately the Chat session has been slow.

Single point solution for internet and voip.

Fusion has a modern approach to intergrating legacy system to modern technology

I don't have a down side.  Being a customer for many years just moving to a modern view technology.

We should be lowering the overall cost of ownership and cleaning up services from older technology.
