We use Fusion daily and it is such a great EMR sytem. They have Amazing Customer Service!! Easy to talk or chat with an actual person to help with anything you need. We have used since 2020 and they walked us through everything. Implementation and Integration were so easy thanks to the great support staff. We offer ST and OT so the patient information is easy to access for each therapy. We have recommened Fusion to several other therapy practices and at least 3 have changed over to Fusion. Fusion is easy to use, especially for clinicians just beginning to use documentation software. It has a wide array of features, and documents are typically easy to generate. When I have been unable to generate a document I need, customer support is helpful.

It is very user-friendly. I like how I can view the schedule when I open the application. It is easy to use on all platforms. Documents are safely and securely stored for retrieval. Lately, I have encountered issues with opening scheduled appointments or having the Fusion system freeze on me in the middle of a note, which results in extra work needing to be done on my part. It was not always frequent but has been more so lately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest challenge i have is the functionality of the word banks and other drop down options. With the drop down options, you have go back forth to the select and attach options.
