As a speech pathologist, data is key. I love that I see the goals each time I open a note for my session. I love that I can add both a percentage as well as some clarifying notes. I love that there is goal button both on the note and on the appointment so I can look at a graph of when we worked on each goal, see the progression over time and plan my session. This is extremely helpful in a busy practice. It is very easy to schedule and I like that I can prest things, I can set different appointment types and I can color code them! Being a visual person, I love that I can differentiate what appointment is an evaluation, a meeting or a therapy session quickly and easily! I looked at many programs and this one fit all the things that I wanted. In addition, they have been very helpful and I am always able to get a quick answer to any questions that I have and my questions have always been answered quickly and in a way that makes it easy to figure out what to do! I would like to see group billing. I provide services to a school and it would be nice to put all the invoices under one payer/header to make it a little easier but I may just not have found the way to do this as of yet. 2 Things: 1. Ensora is SPECIFICALLY designed for pediatric OT, PT and Speech! Therefore it flows easily and precisely and we do not need to wade through lots of screens and items that do not relate to pediatric therapy. 2. The customer service is PHENOMINAL!!! They are super responsive, knowledgeable and attentive! If they don't know the answer they find out and follow up. They will walk you through any questions or problems you have!
