We were using a much more expensive billing solution when we found Stax Bill. The transition was very well supported, and we have been highly pleased with our Monthly Recurring Revenue collections since day 1. Later, we were able to shutdown our other gateway and save additional fees for processing credit cards. On top of that, we are also able to add "auto-updating" for expired credit cards - a feature that would have been much more costly through our former gateway! Both services are working great. As of now, I have nothing to dislike. All good from my position and the needs I have. Perhaps they could create an easily accessible introduction video for new users. What I like best about Stax Bill is that our entire accounting team can collaborate and edit invoices, billing, collections, etc., all on one platform. Their client support is very good as well in case you ever run into an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside in my opinion is the learning curve can be long if you want to utilize all the features available. But once you are comfortable, the platform is intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
